Placed an order online through their website this weekend for pick up.Entire process was smooth & easy. Location was easy to find and pick up was no issue whatsoever. Order was ready with my name on it. A quick grab & go.Btw - when you put the pizza in the oven...leave it on the baking tray it came on :)Mahalo Papa Murphys! ?

Right out of the gate, just want to say that if anyone is annoyed that Papa Murphey's in Longmont closes at 7p, just know that the Firestone location is open until 9p. And that is who will be getting our frequent business for now on.I am so, so frustrated with Papa Murphey's in Longmont. Both locations close at 7p, which is NUTS! We are barely getting home from work in time to even consider ordering. I tried to order online tonight as quickly as possible. Started putting the order together around 6:15p-ish online. By the time I got my family's preferences from everyone, I tried completely the order around 6:27p. And guess what? It wouldn't let me order because it would take 32 min to make which was too close to closing time. To the owners of this location (and the Hover location for that matter), it is insanely irritating that you close at 7p. And that placing an order at 6:27p is considered too late. Holy moly! Isn't this prime dinner time? So irrititating. But what made this 1,000 times worse is that I called the store at 6:27p to see if they could help put my order through and they immediately put me on hold...and never came back. I tried to call back 4 times and they would not answer. THAT pushed me over the edge and led me to write this review. Very disappointing.
Went to the local Papa Murphy's here in Longmont Colorado this afternoon never have been treated so horrible by an elder lady employee I ordered 2 family size pizza's one 5 meat stuffed crust the other chicken bacon artichoke asked for the artichoke to be put in plastic cup on the side like normally never been given hard time she replies that I will be charged extra 1.50 for it being put in cup on the side which I have never been charged before due to my father being allergic I can't get them on the pizza so I told her why I was confused of the charge she said you don't just get free food I told her ok I am willing to pay for it as she then proceeded to rudely push the isse of food cost going up as I was checking out so I informed her that I don't work there and it's not my fault that I have never been charged which in fact I am already being charged for them when I order that pizza chicken bacon artichoke correct I told her I'd like my receipt and I would not be coming back due to the treatment in which I have never experienced until today sad. Worst instructions ever. The pizza is burnt on top and doughy on the bottom. Also burned my arm. Now I have to go get pizza somewhere else.
I admit I'm not the biggest fan of Papa Murphy's, so I won't hold my personal taste against them. What I will, however, is their service. We came in at the time they promised, and we still had to wait around for quite a while before it was ready. When it WAS ready, they had the wrong thing, and had to make something else from scratch, all while we sat around in the waiting room. This is just one experience, however. For the most part they're pretty reliable.
The cheese and the pepperoni with just thrown on the pizza it was disgusting and that they didn't complete our order so we had to walk back in to get our cookies he's just going to grab where you want over there what can't find your order he finally found the order it was lousy it's all young boys
