Salad Soup

I hate even redacting a star, but I have to because of the slow counter service I've experienced in the mornings, which is when you are usually in the biggest hurry of your day. The food and drinks are usually good, but I have gotten the bottom of the barrel of soup several times & for that I have to take away another star. Seems that an upgrade in management would do the trick, but the dreaded C word seems to have gotten rid of quality customer service. Anyways, here's a cheesy portrait shot of my coffee and croissant.

Food is really good but service is terrible. Examples: walked in and the whole floor was sticky to the point where every step makes a sound. Tell staff, and their response is "Ohh....." but does nothing about it.Example 2: order a sandwich but want a different sauce on it that it originally comes with. Staff member tells me they are not allowed to change it. Argue that both in the app and at the self serve kiosk I have that option, so makes me order using the self serve kiosk. I'm sure they have a reason for it if it's a valid process, but it is bad customer service regardless!!!

I've gone to many Paneras, this location especially, and the food was wonderful as always (I ordered the you-pick-two with broccoli cheddar soup and ceasar salad with add-ons and a caramel latte for $22.48). However, the member who took my order was notably rude. First time seeing her, Elvera interrupted me many times taking my order today, to the point she forgot what I answered, and was in such a hurry to talk to her coworker while I was paying (when there were no other customers around me) that she didn't say goodbye or make eye contact with me when she abruptly handed me my receipt. I was having a rough day and wanted to treat myself to feel better, and that interaction made me feel worse and eager to leave.I'll be coming back, but only doing self-service option to avoid her and any possible negative interaction.

I'm honestly really sad to write this because I've always loved the food here, but it's just not worth it anymore.... at this point it's just an addiction and once I eat my food I realize I could get all of this at the grocery store for far less, but that's not why I go. I go for the convenience of having my food made for me and today, spent 17$ on one you pick two for myself, granted I get the avocado stuff which makes it more expensive, but they don't even fill the salad containers to half anymore and every time I ask for frizzled onions on top they only give me a pinch? And the dressing cups aren't even halfway filled anymore so I don't get why they still come in a big container... im not sure why this panera stopped serving quality portions, but I'm going to have to stop eating here.A plate of food here is priced like food served at a concert and I just don't understand the upcharge WITH decreased portions.

lady at the counter blatantly ignored my order of 2 bakery items. waited 20 mins, and refused to get my order. she had no issues helping every other folk that showed up while I waited. I had to escalate and ask for a refund and get the manager to help me. ridiculous. not coming back here again.

Panera is my personal go-to place. Food is delicious and fresh. I love the Roasted Turkey Bacon and Avocado. Their chips cannot compare to anything else I've ever had, and I crave their green tea all the time. Additionally, Panera is extremely polite to work with when I've had delivery or order issues, and they've been a great partner for catering for workplace events (and make it easy to call and place an order with the tax exemption for non-profits). Service times vary depending on time of day, but it's worth the wait.

I was originally planning on ordering online, picking up, & heading back out. I ordered it to be ready a half hour after I submitted it. It was ready 5 minutes ahead of time! When I went in, they were going through one of their rushes which made me even more impressed by their ability to get my order completed (& 100% correct) on time. I then realized I had time to spare so I decided to sit at a table. The entire time I heard (who I would assume to be a manager) being very communicative with his staff on what needed to be completed/handed over. Anytime a customer came to the counter he clarified what they ordered & what they were receiving in such a kind matter. He would also clarify the status of their order & where it would be presented when it was ready. So refreshing to see a place with staff who are serious, focused, consistent, & good at their jobs.

Picked up some stuff on the way to visiting RMNP. Service was pretty fast considering the amount of people there. Love the food here in general but this time I also tried the coffee, it was nice. Mediterranean bowl is my usual choice!

First time ever trying Panera. The food quality is there, the really small portions are not. I mean really small for what you pay. I ordered the steak and swisssandwich with a side of Mac n cheese. Cost over $16 for a 4 inch sandwich with a few strips of steak and a sauce that tasted like horsey sauce at Arby's. The pitifully small tub of Mac was just that, pitiful. Be ready to drop a Jackson if you want lunch to be filling here. Not a smart food value for hungry people. Not impressed.

I tend to get quite wordy in these, so the juxtaposition should speak for something. What to say- it's Panera bread!I can extend myself to say- it is quite well maintained. It's perfectly fine.
