They won’t answer the phone! I payed for two veggie rolls and I never received them, so there went my 5 dollars? not happy about it. I also got no receipt of my order. The food wasn’t even that good.

Ran out of multiple items at dinner and they weren’t even busy. Full staff. Serves under cooked food.By far the worst Panda around this town.

Regular quality food, nothing to make you comeback but good for some emergency, sometimes fair portions depending in the worker humor, if happy = nice abundant, sad or angry = poor or short.

This was my 1st time at a Panda Express and my last time. Food was okay. Prices were okay. There must have been a flood because side door was open, and the staff was mopping up. No place to sit. Staff was not friendly or seemed very happy. Out of half of the fountain drinks. Didn't get out fortune cookie. Just all.around meh!

Arrived 35 minutes before posted closing time, but was told they closed in 5 minutes. There were literally only four choices of food left: two types of chicken, fried rice, and lo mein (or something). Ridiculous.

Didn’t get a single thing of my order right and I live 45 minutes away so too far to turn back. Nobody answers the phone to get a refund or anything.

They are consistently unprofessional and out of half of the things we try to order. No matter what time of day, they never have enough of whatever it is we ordered to make a meal. When we got to the window to order in the drive-thru, they said, “this is what we have left,” before listing very few options. If something actually is in stock, we usually have to wait a good 20 minutes in the drive-thru. The quality of the food they do serve is not great either, they give you small portions of food that’s of terrible quality. We were served extremely burnt chicken the first time, and the second time they just gave us a mix of fatty entrees that we didn’t even order. The efficiency and customer service is severely lacking, they should work on preparing enough of their products for the work day and be more accommodating when they’re out of literally everything on the menu that offers any kind of getting what you paid for.

The driest chicken egg rolls possible! Typical Panda Express, servers yelling at you as soon as you walk in door wanting to know what you are going to order. If you take a moment to look at menu board or what items are available on the line the servers glare at you when you do order because you have now interrupted their conversation with fellow employees when you're ready to order.

I tried to go in there just today at 5:45 p.m., but their doors were locked, when they're supposed to be open until 9 p.m.... during weekdays, they lock doors right before 8 p.m. These employees are doing as they please! Apparently, they've been shorthanded for about one year now ... corporate should just close it down for good!

Having moved recently, I visited this North location, when I usually visit the South location. Of course there was a wait, for Lo Mein and veggie egg rolls, so I opted for other items. (This seems to be typical at any location, that something is always out on the line and there is a wait) I should have just waited, my bad. The fried rice wasn't fully cooked (still crunchy) and I had to dig and dig to find 5 peas/carrots total, along with a couple of miniscule pieces of egg. The teriyaki chicken was bland, and very poor quality meat. The orange chicken and chicken egg roll were overcooked and seemingly pretty old. Finally, I was not given sweet and sour and teriyaki sauces as requested. The cream cheese rangoon was good, at least. Im disappointed and will not visit this location again.
