Did an online order. I put a time of 530. I got there at 532. I ask for my order and it was not even ready. There were 2 people doing orders and one person in line. I'm sorry but if you do an order and put a time on it the order should have been done. No apologies or anything. If they would have at least said I'm sorry I would have been ok.
At the time, they were doing some sort of renovation or deep cleaning so ALL orders were pick-up via the drive-thru window, even for online orders. Though there was a line of cars, it moved faster than expected .
If I could give zero stars I would! They serve left overs starting about 8:00! And no other choices! I waited in line for over 15 minutes to get to the speaker to be told I could not ored what is on the menu, but left overs! There wasn't even enough to feed my family of 6! They also were going to charge full price for this!! Shame on them!!
Went through drive through couple days ago. My lo mein noodles were completely dry the sesame chicken and black pepper chicken that I ordered was definitely old and bland.
Food is not tasty! Most of the time, they're out of one or two or more items. Rude employees that seem to have a hearing problem.... portions are way too small for the price and they load your entrees with a bunch of vegetables, but not enough meat or shrimp. Closing time is, supposedly at 9 p.m., but they lock the front doors as early as 6 p.m., no sign on the doors explaining why. Panda used to be a decent place years ago, but nowadays, it has all gone downhill.
Have to remind myself just how badly this chain serves food. Had to do the drive thru because they closed the dining room early for some reason. Food was awful, overcooked cold and old. I mean how could you serve what I got? No worker pride or quality checks. Not managed at all and kids running the show. Don't eat here!
Service was fast, food was fresh, variety to choose from and was very delicious! I chose the 3 meal entre spicy chicken, spicy beef, lo mien the portions are good size too.
Personally I don't eat a lot of Chinese food so won't comment on the food. As a note to delivery drivers, when they are short staffed, prepare for a significant wait in the drive-thru.
Sick of giving this place chances. Save your money - garbage service and garbage food. I wish I could give less than 1 star. At least this time the Teriyaki Chicken wasn't charred to a crisp. Today my fried rice tastes like they spilled oil on the grill, burned it then cooked the rice on top - disgusting and inedible. Last time I got Beef and Broccoli and there was literally not even one single piece of beef in it. I keep going hoping one day they'll figure it out and somehow it is always worse than the last time. Never coming here again and I recommend no one else does either.
Wrong order was delivered. Called them and they blamed door dash. Um you put the order in the bag not them. Then they hung up on me and refused to answer. Went down there and they acted clueless. Said that person left. Then claimed there was no manager. Asked for some type of compensation as that is what should be offered when they mess up. Very rude. Second bad experience there.
