They aren’t serving Creole food anymore, wish we would have know before driving over here.
Seems like they are understaffed and overwhelmed. The waitress got our our order wrong and disappeared for a long time. We ordered ribs and beer. The ribs were thin and overcooked/burnt. The beer was a letdown. The whole visit was a letdown.
Server was top notch. The smoked wings were good. My steak on my salad was undercooked, but quickly resolved. They took it off my bill without me asking. My wife's soup was okay. The place is busy, with families but we got in with no problem.
Short staffed. Beyond that food was very good. Waitress was at a dead run the whole time. We started with an appetizer of Pub Nachos they were tasty. I had fish and chip(French fries). I enjoyed them very much. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries. She said it was very good. Would go again.
Have come here twice now for long lunch / dinner outings on the patio with our dog, always great service. Food was a little slow today but we were informed by our server, Andrew, that it was the first day the patio was open so the kitchen was adjusting to the increased order volume still. Ordered a flight of beers, Cobb salad, and bourbon bites, all were pretty great. Will definitely be coming back!
Pleasant brewpub, plenty of solid beer options. Detracting: uninformed staff, severely limited to-go options, no merch. Well suited if you're looking for a plated dinner and wide beer variety.
The ambience /decor is really nice, open with lots of space. There's a bar with lots of great seating and a pretty big dining room. The beer menu was absolutely fantastic with plenty of Oskar Blues beers as well as others. The food menu was about what you'd expect at a tap room, but all six of us enjoyed our meals very much. I had the Cobb salad and the chicken was tender and all the greens and vegetables were fresh and crispy. The rest of the folks had burgers. Sandwiches, pulled pork, and they all said it was very good. The staff were also very friendly, we'll definitely return here
This place was fantastic! Every flavor I had was impressive. From the Blueberry Lavender Cider to the Silo Burger the taste was amazing. The honey sriracha wings were sooooo good! Staff was friendly as well. Best dubbing experience I've had in years with my girlfriend and daughter.
Great food, service, and ambiance! Who could ask for anything more?
As someone who is not easily disappointed, I wish I would've given this place 5 stars when it was actually good. Been coming here for 4 years and I've never had a bad experience, food was always great, but unfortunately this time that was not the case. A lot of menu changes since our last visit, none that we were really a fan of. All of our food besides the salad was stale, dry, overcooked, and/or burnt. One star for the beer and comping one of our very disappointing meals, another for old times sake. Considered this place tried and true. Last call at 630 and closing early for snow seemed off from the Oskar Blues I remember. When we were leaving a man in a rental car pulled up and said "Closing early for snow?!? I thought we were in Colorado, not Florida." Not sure what happened but we no longer have a reason to comeback.
