The menu was confusing; the checker kept us waiting while talking on the phone; we ordered tortellini pesto with parmesan chicken and a small spaghetti with meatballs, plus two drinks - $36! The parmesan chicken was burned chunks barely an eighth inch thick and inedible. The table was sticky with residue from previous drinks - the spaghetti was good. I won't go there again - awful and overpriced.
Worst Ever!!! The lettuce for the Ceasar salad was the WORST...Don't recommend this place. And for Xtra dressing they charge you .75. They give you a small container that is NOT even enough for your salad.
Just wanted to say that there is a kid named Owen working there that is exceptional. Good customer service is hard to find anymore but he nailed it.
We love the Mac and cheese here (We also gets extra sauce ?) I’ve always had a great experience at this location. Good food. Great treats. This is one of our favorite places to order from. Thank you all!!
I am happy with this location! Food is always on time, fresh and tastes delicious. I’m so glad Noodles has zucchini noodles. I feel like I eat healthy and have some food for many meals. I spend $17, but I have food for like three meals! And the container is microwaveable. Someone stole my food and they were super apologetic… and made it again quickly. I appreciate what they do. I really like the quick online ordering and pick up section!!
So I just went to Noodles and Company. I have parosmia. (That is a long COVID condition that makes the vast majority of things I eat taste like rotten meat)I got the plain buttered noodles. It was delicious! However I asked the lady there for a one bite sample of the Marinara sauce and the Mac and cheese to see if I could eat it. She looked at me blankly and said “No”. So I very nicely explained my issue. She responded with “we don’t do that.” No an ounce of compassion or even a feeling that she was listening to me. ??♀️
I love noodles but this location constantly messes up to-go orders. It's so annoying getting home and seeing your meal is wrong but I feel like it's insulting to check the food while in the store. Tonight they forgot my chicken on my pasta which is an extra charge. Previously they have forgotten my side salad and side of sauce. I understand being understaffed and longer waits, limited menus, etc, but wrong orders just seem lazy. I also always tip on to-go orders! I hope it improves soon.
I’ve never felt compelled to leave a bad review before; as i’ve worked in customer service and understand that things happen, however this location is terrible and deserves a 1 star rating. The customer service was awful and all four of the dishes we ordered were made completely wrong. We didn’t have any special requests, just basic menu items and they were still incapable of making those correctly. Everything was cold, the japanese pan noodles resembled a tv dinner that had yet to be microwaved, and we ended up throwing away half of everything that we ordered. If I ever decide to eat at Noodles again I will be taking my business to the Hover location.
Amazing garlic cream sauce tortelloni!!!! Seriously the best pasta dish I've had in ages. I've gotten it twice so far, and it's now my go-to item. I even did the happy food dance on both occasions!! If you love garlic, check it out!
One of the girls at the counter was very rude to me when I said hi to the girl at the register, gave her my her my name and said I was there to pick up my order. The response from this other girl was THE NAMES ARE CIRCLED ON THE BAGS! Jabbing and poking one of the bags at the other end of the counter with my name circled on it with her finger. Evidently customers are supposed to know this. It will be some time before I order food from here again. There is just no reason for that rude behavior.
