Fernando was amazing. The app wasn't working correctly for me on Best friends day with their BOGO deal. He was able to help me out and go above and beyond. All the staff members were super nice too. Place looks clean and neat. I heard another member speaking about company policy of not wasting food. Great to hear a corporation is making sure in our abundant society they are not throwing food away and that the staff is well trained on company policies. Also, the app issue was my issue not theirs. Great experience.
What ever happened to this place...? They used to be really good a few years ago, but nowadays, it has gone down. Portions are half of what they used to be in the past and flavor has changed. They serve your meal in a plastic container even when you're dining in. I ordered Pad Thai and was very disappointed. It was just noodles with some kind of sweet and spicy sauce. Nothing compared to what I used to order in the past!
For the price you're paying the noodles should be perfect (spoiler, they're not even close). I honestly don't know how this place stays in business, because any home cook could make these meals for half the price AND feed their entire family. I myself have ordered spaghetti a few times and the noodles were always under cooked.

This review is specifically for Haley she gave outstanding customer service tonight! I came in because I was a little disappointed my Asian noodle dish was a little spicy not crazy but I'm really sensitive to spice. When I approached Haley about the issue she actively listened to my problem and helped me find the right solution by helping me pick a better dish that I was ultimately very happy with, the tortelli with garlic cream sauce. Haley was just such a sweetheart and it's so hard to find anyone to give that kind of customer service anymore; so I'm very grateful to her and will definitely be coming back for this reason. Thanks again Haley your a Rockstar ! (I hope I spelt your name right) Hailey??? Lol Don't ever stop being as sweet as you are you were such a joy.
Ordered “curbside” pick up and waited 15 minutes beyond when food was supposed to be ready. Went in to pick up the food (that was sitting on the counter) and was told their iPad didn’t notify them I was there. Food was cold and noodles were hard. I wasn’t expecting a gourmet meal but this was a total waste of time and money. Side note…I was trying to do the responsible thing by utilizing the curb side pick up as Covid cases are on the rise again in Longmont
This place is delicious. Noodles of all kinds so there is always something new to try. My favorite cheap dinner place.
Last night my husband came home with a big bag of Noodles & Company. He ordered a BBQ Mac and we both got the Mediterranean Salad. And WOW! The salad was so fresh! It was absolutely delicious. I haven’t been able to get a salad like that since forever in Longmont. My husband loves their BBQ Mac goes crazy over it. And our order was correct. My husband went in and didn’t have to wait long and he said they were fairly busy. He said the staff was friendly too. So it looks like Noodles has us as a loyal customer. I plan on ordering that salad again tonight for dinner. And I like the fact that Noodles is close by. My only dilemma is that I like Wahoos and Wendy’s next door to them which are great too. But neither can offer the salad so….Noodles may have my business often. My doctor is encouraging me to eat right so she will be proud to know I’m eating a healthy salad! I highly recommend you to try Noodles!!!!
Shot staff, not the cleanest The staff was nice.
Felt like noodles today, this place used to be clean while they also had polite team members.The counters are so dirty the beverage station was so filthy. Not sure what is happening to customer service but how about cleaning and sanitizing.
