Don’t let this restaurant’s name limit your options of tasty Italian dishes. Beside”s great pizza, Nicolo’s also has the best Italian pasta dishes that we’ve ever had in our area! So yummy and good and friendly service!
Trinity was the only good thing about the restaurant, she's a sweetheart. The food was bland, couldn't get our order right, and the owner is just rude. Tried to talk to her about the issues we were having and she kept cutting us off and walked away mid sentence. Definitely not coming back. Hope they treat their staff better than their customers.. Wish I could leave less than 1 star.
Absolutely love this place. They revamped their menu and changed quite a few things. Including their dough. It was good before but really good now. Nice choice in the reciepe! Service is always lovely.
4.5 ? I was worried cuz of the recent bad reviews! But I had great friendly service and experience. The garlic bread was tasty! Great marinara sauce definitely not canned ? I got the vino calzone and it was great! Italian sausage had good flavor and bread was cooked great.
Cold food is no good!!! Did an on line order went when prompted and had to wait an extra 10 minutes. No biggie, but when our name was called I observed what appeared to be a order smaller than what we were expecting, when I questioned the young counter person they said it was all there. After driving for 30 minutes home they were calling our phones to let us know we were actually shorted food items. So here go another trip back,when I walked in the counter person smirked and said you were right we did short you ?. I got home again to find out we were still 1item short. So now where on trip #3 for a simple process look at the order and fulfill it before you send a customer home not once, not twice but 3 times. There only offer we can take an 11 dollar credit. Keep you credit we’ll never be back and I won’t stay quite about this. Train your employees to be aware of what they are doing. This was a dinner intended to feed my kids before they went to their jobs, no my kids are affected by this as well and the rest of us get a cold dinner.
I don't post many reviews but when you have a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE the public needs to know. We Door Dashed from them tonight. After working all day down in Denver my daughter wanted to get Calzones from Nicolo's and we ordered. When the order was delivered half the order was missing. Called Nicolo's and an older lady preceded to yell at her employees that you only put one Calzone in. She tells me that they don't have any drivers and basically to pound sand. Get your credit from Door Dash and hung up on me. I didn't even get to tell her how bad the other Calzone was. Burned and like they threw a frozen one in the microwave. Rock Hard. Terrible Food. Well that doesn't solve our dinner situation. We will never do business at Nicolo's again and tell everyone we know never to business there. Bad Decision and Bad Business Nicolo's...
Good pizza with lots of options. We always get our dough from here whenever we make our own pizza too. Their gluten free crust is also one of the best we've found!
Pizza crust is soft like papa johns, not crisp like it should be.tbey had no beef topping options for the pizza as well. The chicken parmesan was thin and overly dry to the point of almost being inedible. The noodles were the worst I ever had. It's hard to describe what they were. Waitress was nice, but after $60 for what we got there's no way we're coming back.
If you're in the area, they make a fantastic meat pizza called the Carnivore. The price is a bit higher than a delivery chain, but the quality is far better than most.
Fantastic food and great selection of beer and wine. We had a variety of dishes and gluten free and even vegan and everyone loved their meal. It was a first time for many and we will go back. Fantastic service as well to a large group on an already busy Saturday night. Thanks team.
