Consider using the app to order. I was accidentally charged 652% extra ordering in-store vs the app. With the app the total would have been $0.96. In-store it was $7.22.I typically get the curried salmon bowl and swap the salmon for the delicious tofu Modern Marker has. In the app, swapping to tofu subtracts $5.00 off the $14.95 price because it is a cheaper protein.However, in-store that $5 discount had not been applied. This has happened twice. I’ve tried asking about it both times, and unfortunately the point of sale system seems to handle the swap differently so the representative can only see the $14.95 price.I also used a $10 off coupon, so unfortunately that brought the $17.22 total to $7.22, instead of the $0.96 the app would have charged me. And that’s not much savings over the $10.95 full price from ordering using the app.So TL;DR, consider using the app to order for pickup, especially if you like to modify your order.Otherwise great food. Great vibe. Friendly staff. Great gluten free options available. I still love Modern Market, I just wish the in-store pricing would match the app.
Lots of good options and fresh ingredients. I just wish you guys would keep some of the old menu items instead of changing everything up, the original Farmer salad was my favorite and I ordered it at least once a week, but I am not digging the new 2.0 salad at all! And I can’t even recreate the original when I build my own salad because some of the toppings it includes aren’t even options on the BYO.
I never write reviews but putting burnt black toast on the bottom instead of getting a new piece of bread is beyond ridiculous.May this level of irresponsibility never happen again.Otherwise love coming here for the Everything Toast. Two stars because the other meal was right.

The food here is fresh and delicious. I have ordered takeout salads several times for a fast, healthy option. They're very reasonably priced for the portion and quality. Staff is friendly and quick.
This evening I had a ridiculous experience with Uber Eats failing to deliver my order from Mod Market. I went to MM to reorder and pay again for my order. Long story short... The entire staff was so cool when they realized what had happened. They comped my entire order, gave me an extra dessert and a gift card for future free meal. THAT'S excellent customer service when it wasn't even their fault! I love the fresh healthy food at MM. Only place in town I can get an excellent gluten free sandwich. Rice Krispie treats with Nutella on top? Yes please!! Thank you again for stepping up and making me a more than satisfied repeat customer when Uber Eats failed. You made my night!!
I normally love Modern Market but I just had a horrible experience with their delivery, it was not through a service. Our office order was missing a sandwich and I called the number they have listed as their local number and I was on-hold for 9.5 minutes (constantly being told my wait time was 2 minutes, then 3 minutes then back to 2 minutes) before a woman came on who clearly was not in the local restaurant. It was going take over an hour to get my sandwich to me. So I opted for the credit back because by the time it arrived all my coworkers would be done. There were no apologies. Really very disappointed in their on-line customer service.
The food here is really good, but apparently the menu can't be fully trusted? I am diabetic, and I ordered their keto bowl and added walnuts. All the description says for walnuts on the website is 'walnuts'. It says nothing about them being CANDIED walnuts. Not okay when we're talking about a medical issue.
Food beyond five stars ⭐️! Experience with one of the workers, terrible! Negative 3 stars. The woman with the blue glasses and long bat wings for eyeliner is rude as hell. Gives dirty looks and not friendly what so ever. Makes you feel like your an inconvenience to her coming to get food. Other than that the food is truly amazing!!
Wonderful fresh food that’s prepared well and fast. The staff have been friendly and helpful every time I come by. Their avocado toast is unbeatable; it’s healthy and tastes incredible while being reasonably priced (similar to the rest of the food/drink on the menu)!
