Rude staff acted as if i was bothering them for some cream for my coffee. cold food that was carelessly prepared. breakfast sandwiches looked like it was put together by a 5 yr old.. For the prices McDonald's charges it's unacceptable...?

You’d think after waiting 30 minutes for every time I go through the drive through they’d at least get the order right? Nope. And they’re not even busy it takes 30 mins to get your food even if you’re the only one there.
Walked through the door and immediately saw "no public restrooms" on both bathroom doors. Is this even legal for a restaurant/public occupancy? People should have a place to wash their hands before eating, among other uses. I took my business elsewhere.
So the last 2 times I have visited this location. Have been very disappointed. Order large fries and get half an order. Happened twice . And ordered double quarter pound burger paid for a double and got a single. With food prices the way they are they should at least get the order right.
Food is good but if you make a special order ALWAYS check your order before you leave. However, if it is wrong, they are great about making it right!
Worst mcdonalds...seems like everyone was incompetent..fogot my kids happy meal...then no toy...people coming in from outside because they were waiting for 20 25 minutes for their food.and as im writing this review this lady is mopping the floor by play area with kids playing...guess what my daughter just ran through and fell...dirtiest mcdonalds ever!!!!
24 hour location was closed on a Saturday night, not to mention the staff being rude about it. Perhaps don't make 24 hour drive thru a staple and signed ordeal and then get Lippy wirh customers when they make inquiries. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food establishment (and my food gets messed up probably half the time with my inability to eat cheese.)
Early Friday Morning visit and the cashier at drive thru and also taking orders was not friendly what so ever! The employee handing us our food at 2nd window had good customer service?
Restaurant and bathrooms are not that clean or stocked because of the homeless population ruining it. But the food is always fresh and fast. Suggest the drive thru.
I went to McDonald's and ordered two Mcgriddle meals and two extra hash browns. They charged me 2.98 per hash brown and said the online price of $1.09 varries per McDonald's chain. I am no longer going to this McDonald's
