Extremely disappointed. Used to love coming here every morning before Covid, everyone super friendly and the coffee was delicious! I’ve been three times the past few months and won’t be going back anytime soon. The last few times I went the owners, the only two people who work there now, were beyond rude. I understand the pressure of owning a business and having to work nearly everyday of the week but if you can’t handle having decent customer service then please hire someone who can! The man would barely acknowledge my existence and the woman made rude sarcastic comments, I left her a tip she didn’t honestly deserve and her reply was a sarcastic “oh gee thanks”. There are far better places to get a good cup of coffee in Longmont, if you want delicious food at a good price with a beyond friendly staff please go to Java Stop! It’s just a few blocks down and you won’t feel like you’re bothering the staff by just existing near them :)
Man this place has gone down hill since COVID. Came in today for lunch. The women who helped us was very rude and seemed to be in a rush, though there were only two other people in the place. I asked to know about the decaf tea selection they had and instead of answering me, just pointed at a sheet of paper on the counter. My partner ordered his late iced. After she told him that would be no problem at all (ten minutes later) she gave him a hot late instead and he was to nice to correct her. She was very rude to a couple who came in behind us. When we finally got our food, my blt was a third of the size it used to be. Gone in two bites for a 7$ sandwich. We payed 25$ for two iced teas and two sandwiches. What a rip off. I used to come in every day before COVID. After this experience I will not be going back. They need a serious change in management. Very disappointing.
Very, very disappointed with my recent and only visit. Wasn’t a busy afternoon when we arrived, but we stood and waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes before even being greeted. The couple made eye contact with us multiple times, never said a word. So right off the bat, not a fantastic start. My other complaint is that my gluten-free BLT was in my opinion, overpriced for being CHILD-SIZED. I’m amazed they couldn’t even offer potato chips with THAT tiny of a sandwich!! $6 for a sandwich that was maybe 4 bites??? Insane. Super disappointed with not only the customer service here, but also the size of my sandwich. Such a ripoff.
Cute little coffee shop. They have plenty of seating, both inside and out. Good espresso and snacks! This would be a great place to meet up with a friend and hang for a bit!
Good local coffeeshop. Friendly service and good product. We go on the weekends as they open at 8 o'clock.
What happened to this place? This used to be a cute local spot with a great atmosphere. There were books and comfy chairs and homemade treats. Now it is as sterile as a hospital.
This staff is wonderful. They helped my wife recover some precious cargo and prevented a theft that could have made our year very difficult. Your team is actually heroic! Thank you! Our tips and this review cannot be enough to demonstrate our gratitude. I'll be back for some Chai soon, with company.
Bad coffee (one weak and milky, one more acidic than anything). Got the order wrong (put bacon in a burrito we asked to hold the bacon). Should not have cost so much in general, even with inflation, and especially for that.
It was great the first time! I came back a second, third, and fourth. Each time it got worse. The second time, the guy was rude and in a rush and I was the only one there. Second time I asked what a drink was and she gave me a very rude response and the burrito I got wasn't very decent. This most recent, and very last, my husband ordered a coffee and a croissant and she walked away before my order. I patiently waited, looking around calmly. She walks over with his coffee and says to me "I am here alone, it's not going to get any faster." in a rather rude tone. My husband and I decided to leave the coffee and the horrible people. This place isn't worth going to, be it for customer service or food.
