Really understaffed. The owners should pay these workers more. ? ordered hours ahead? And still waiting 30 mins. Bad business.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order using the little Caesar’s APP. I was notified after 20 minutes that it would be delivered by DoorDash, I did not order from DD, little Caesars Is using them.The delivery driver calls after an hour and says he can’t find our apartment complex. A complex that has been delivered to multiple times. I call door dash help desk after another 20 minutes and request a refund. They tell me, I must speak with the store I ordered from.I call this store, a guy answers and I ask to speak to the manager, he’s says yea… how can I help. As if he’s the manager. I explain everything… he says nothing and then a woman gets on the phone. I’m confused, is she the manager? She answers the phone and just says.. “yea” . I explain again. Martha Soto explains that she can’t help, keeps telling me to call door dash. Calls a woman at another store. Says they can’t refund since they already sent the food out. I spend 20 minutes explains to them how customer service works, how it’s theft of you pay for goods and you never receive the goods.Not once do they offer a solution, to remake the order, to redeliver, to refund, nothing.I ask for a supervisor name or number, they refuse. I ask what is the franchises contact number and name, they refuse. And CONTINUE to tell me to call DoorDash.This is hands down the worst customer experience I have had. The most unprofessional, ineffective, rude and dishonest management I have ever experienced.If Little Caesar’s corporate monitors these reviews, which they should, I need to be contacted by the franchise owner immediately.I have paid for goods and service and not received anything or a refund, to remind you again… that’s theft.
Ordered from my app at 6 didn’t get the good til 7:40 saw multiple people come and go before me I literally ordered 1 pizza and crazy bread all I got was sorry for the 2 hour wait this place is a joke I want a refund
The person answering the phone and takes the orders is the rudest person I have ever dealt with being condescending and rude. Changed the price we have been paying for 8 months and stated she could charge full price adding would you like that. Considering we are neighborhood buisness as well that spends easily 250.00 a week in this store I am shocked her supervisor allows her to speak to customers this way
The green peppers were very stale and we had to throw the vegetarian pizza out. Not sure if I'll go here again.
Counter guy asked me to wait 5 minutes while they made more hot and ready to go pizzas, the wait was worth it good cheesy pizza loaded with plenty of pepperoni.
I work in the area and on a few occassions asked the manager Julis to do large orders. He is always so kind, professional, and willing to accomodate. The pizza's are always ready on time and taste stellar. I am so so so grateful for Julis and his support when ordering large orders.
This location is by far the absolute worst. The customer service was terrible. I ordered ahead of time over the phone to save time. I waited for over 25 minutes once i arrived without any acknowledgement. When I went to pay for my order (which had been sitting out on the table for over 20 minutes getting cold instead of being put in the oven.....) they would not accept my money. they said it had to be exact change or it had to be a credit card.... I was not notified of this before or while I ordered over the phone. I'm extremely unhappy with the service I recieved. The young girl at the cash register only spoke to other customers that spoke Spanish and ignored everyone else even though she spoke English very well. (I speak Spanish as well and she ignorantly made comments about the customers thinking we could not understand her. She was disrespectful and the manager was condescending when I tried to address the situation. I would highly recommend hiring older or more experienced customer service employees or at least not ones that arnot completely incompetent. I will never return to this location and I've lived two minutes away for over 10 years. please hire new employees. I DO NOT recommend this little Caesars due to the the management and the employees. You guys seriously failed miserably. I will make sure to spread the word.
This location is so amazing, all the employees are super sweet and very respectful. The food is good. Will have to wait a little bit but I mean if you want perfect pizza it’s worth the wait. Will come back soon!!
The lady that took my order was great she told me it would be a 20 min wait. After 35 minutes, I got my order, but was NOT complete. I let another girl know my order was not complete and asked what I ordered. I told her my correct order and she rolled her eyes at me and said the bread sticks were going to take 15 minutes. So 35 min wait just to wait another 15. I asked the girl if I can speak to her manager while she was playing with her hair by the food and smiled nd said "I am the manager" I let her know about her poor customer service and should not be rolling her eyes while dealing with customers! she just smiled with her nasty braces. After I got my correct order my bread sticks I waited 15 minutes for, were smashed! Needless to say she was very, extremely RUDE and I will not be at this location again!
