Good Mexican food, they did take longer than it should, when it wasn't too busy. The chicken flautas we're delicious, even if they were a bit squished.

We had a great diner on our vacation with our server, Jazmine. She was attentive and helped us make excellent menu selections. I loved the tomatillo sauce!

Listen, is this the most authentic Mexican food there is? No. Is it the best "generic" Mexican joint around? No. Is the menu reasonably priced from top to bottom? No.But does it fire on all cylinders when you envision the classic American-Mexican casual restaurant? Absolutely!Chips and salsa on the table right way, served in a plastic molcajete? Check. A variety of burritos all available smothered in a non-descript green chili? Check! Colorful atmosphere and piped-in Mariachi music? Check! There are the handful of more authentic dishes, but here's the thing, you want a "Mexican" restaurant you can take your grandparents to and they can order fajitas and they're just Chili's fajitas but not nearly as low quality... Here's the place.I'm not going to knock the place for absolutely nailing what it's going for.

75.00 for two people is absolutely out of this world the burritos were okay but far from great a side of sour cream was 2 dollars that's just crazy I can buy a tub of it for that price. I would not recommend this place because of its extremely high prices red lobster didn't cost that much for two people and much better quality and environment.

Not impressed at all. The chimichanga wasn't fried and it was about the size of a KitKat bar. This was a to go order, clearly for 3 people as we ordered 3 entres. We received a 1 Oz Styrofoam ramekin of salsa and 2 handfuls of chips and this was after I specifically ordered chips and salsa. Lastly, the soapapillas were a joke. Soapapillas are supposed to be hollow puffs/pockets of fried dough. What we got were dense solid thick pieces of dough covered in cinnamon sugar. We will not be dining in, out, or any other way at this establishment ever again

The food and drinks are great but the service is bad. My family stopped by yesterday to enjoy the brunch but waited 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us. We just left. It wasn't even that busy and all the other hostesses and waitstaff were helping others but walked straight past us several times. The service is very inconsistent here. Sometimes we'll have great service but most of the time it is very bad. I am writing this because I like their restaurant but want for them to make improvements or else we just won't go back anymore.

awesome service. homie atmosphere. see Ruben...he'll take good care of you. Great food also

Got seated right away and it looked nice inside. Everything was bad after that. Took 15 minutes to take our drink order, after 10 min and no sodas we asked a different server. Our appetizer came out 20 min later warm and no plates. Had to ask for plates, those never came. We found plates at the buffet and got them ourselves. Food came out right after appitizer and was unfortunately bland. Our sever was Lorena (name on receipt) she was not friendly, never apologized and was never at our table this was the worst service we had In a long time.

Max, Diego and Richie were great. The food was great and the customer service was even better. We haven't been here in about 15 years and its just as good as it was back then. They were very friendly.

I have always, will always brag about what a great place La Mariposa is. They have a new menu, they really stepped up the bar menu. To go with all the delicious new dishes.. it’s a great place to grab a quick bite. Have a nice sit down dinner. Very kid, family friendly! I recommend this place. If you don’t know about La Mariposa!! Yummm
