Jimmy John's whole marketing scheme revolves around fast delivery and it's clearly not a priority here. Ordered 50 mins ago from a store 3 mins away so I could catch up on work during my lunch break. Now my breaks nearly over, still no sandwich. Second time now, and the last. The food is fine.
Jimmy John's is always fantastic and the staff at this location are great. I also absolutely love their unwich, it reminds me of In-N-Out's protein style burgers, but a sandwich version. If you like to limit your bread intake but don't want to sacrifice your choices for fillings, I highly recommend trying the unwich.
Freaky Slow!! I typically order maybe 1x week, and everytime they get slower and slower. I ordered online, an hour ahead, waited 1.5hrs and still no order. My lunch hour was wasted, cancelled my order… very disappointed in this location. Getting worse everytime. There’s other shows in town, so they’ll be getting my business from now on. ✌?
I love Jimmy John's food, but the employees ruin the experience. They are rude and argumentative. They need to work on customer service!!!! :(

Absolutely horrible service, super uncomfortable!!! With how I was treated by the staff. If the service isn’t good then the foods not.
I love Jimmy Johns. However, this location usually does a poor job with putting enough toppings and sometimes forgets some altogether. Had enough frustrating experiences that I’ll probably no longer get JJs here anymore. Disappointing since this one is near where I live.
I've ordered delivery here several times and they always get it right and it's always on time. I can honestly say I've never had any sort of issue with this location at all aside from 1 time they delivered the wrong order and then fixed their mistake within 15 minutes but I don't count that because they took care of it immediately and it can happen to anyone.
