4.5 ? The best queso I've ever had! Son and I loved it. Great margaritas and 5$ when it's happy hour. Good tacos. Food is great a bit pricey. Loved the old school hip hop music playing. Service was fast and friendly.
This is one of our favorite Longmont joints, which is saying something. Funky quirky atmosphere with wonderful eats and drinks. The selection of tacos is creative and unbelievably tasty, the queso is top notch, infused tequilas are unique as can be, and the margaritas are crafted expertly. The mezcal-rita is most definitely one of my favorites, which is also saying something... because they are all awesome. As are the other mixed drinks. And the rest of their food. In short I've never had a single thing that wasn't absolutely worth every penny and then some. We always enjoy eating at Jefe's Longmont. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating options. The tacos are always great. There are many gluten free and vegan options. I am on a grain-free restriction and the lettuce wrap chicken tinga tacos were delicious. You can complement your food with a variety of margarita or beer choices, as well.
I tried this restaurant for the first time last week and I was really impressed not only were the tacos that I got packed with flavor but the restaurant had a fun exciting ambience with the Day of the Dead murals. I tried the margarita flight and I really enjoyed it I loved the slushied mango and strawberry margaritas the most. The tacos I got were the carnitas and carne asada tacos and they were so tasty. I could taste each individual ingredient and how it added to the dish which was fantastic. During happy hour their tacos are only a dollar. I definitely will be coming back to this restaurant and I'm excited for my friends and family to try it with me!
The tacos were tasty, although the tortillas were a bit dried.We tried the cheese wrap in jalapenos and bacon and they were delish!
Recommended by a friend who comes here often. The horchata was a good drink option. I tried a carne asada smothered burrito. My friend had a salad. And we split the deep fried ice cream which was also delicious. A good meal and the vibes of the restaurant are fun and inviting!
I had my birthday here, and I never been here before. I loved it so much, the waitress was very nice and attentive, the atmosphere is awesome and fun, and the food is amazing!! Can't beat happy hour. Best place to go for outings and to get tasty tacos. The chocolate cake was good too

Went with some friends who live locally. Loved the interior and vibe. The margaritas were great. I had three tacos which was more than enough even though they are street taco size. Plenty of food. We also got queso, guac, salsa and refried beans and chips. The chips were really good. Friendly staff
Really good fish tacos. Margs were awesome, although pricey. The rellanos and jalapeño peppers were so so. Will come back to try more stuff.
