The worst Thai food I've had in many many years, or probably ever. The chicken was dry, chewy, and basically inedible, we threw it away as the kids also wouldn't touch it. We also had a beef dish with broccoli that was extremely watery. In our pad Thai, The noodles were severely overcooked and it was basically a big bowl of gelatinous mush. I also ordered a large Tom Kha soup at spiciness level 5. The soup was pure sugar, like eating pancake syrup, and had very little heat to it.I'm an extremely active reviewer and rarely have the occasion/desire/need to write negative reviews but this place is at a different level of bad. I'll try it once more because every place has bad days (perhaps our food was prepared by a disgruntled employee) and updated my review.
I ordered the “Fisherman Treasure” under Thai Chef’s Special. The seafood and vegetable are very fresh and the seasoning are great. I ordered it Togo with Spice level: 2 - Medium which is just right for me.
Consistsntly amazing with friendly wait staff! This place makes me wish I was in Longmont more often... The avocado Green Curry or Kee Mao are phenomenal!
Stopped in for lunch on a whim while walking, and stupidly, didn't see the prominent "Takeout and Delivery only" signs. Oops! I was kindly seated anyway, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended, and thank you!!
I have ordered from Jai Thai before and had zero problems, but tonight was the worst food I ever received from a restaurant. I specifically stated that I did not want meat in my food and there was some type of meat mixed in with the tofu in my dish. The worst part is the egg rolls. I mean this in the most respectful way, but they tasted like they had been soaked in ammonia. I thought I was crazy, but I broke them all open after having a few bites and it tasted and smelled like plastic or some sort of chemical. I hope that you guys have a chance to investigate that, because they were not edible. I ordered through Doordash, it came to almost $50 and they were only able to refund part of my order. I do not feel safe eating any of it and I will not be ordering in the future. I really hope you guys look into the egg rolls, because nothing should taste lie chemicals.
The food is delicious; however, it is best to not go to this restaurant during rush hour, as I found an egg shell in my pad thai.
Best Thai food in Longmont! Everything I’ve tried is amazing and the curry is super creamy. The coconut rice is to die for but truly everything is amazing
The fried tofu appetizer is the best! I’ve liked everything I’ve tried, but usually have the tom kha and basil fried rice.
Bland food. Don't be fooled by high ratings. Got fried rice which was tasteless. They added pork meat to vegetable gyoza. No flavor what so ever. They serve fast and quick but didn't feel good after eating their food
