It's IHOP, people. What were you expecting? The service was fine. Surprising to hear how many people's days were ruined by their trip to a budget waffle joint.

You guys really need to remove the “curbside pickup” option from your website— it is wasting guests’ time. I selected the curbside pickup option when ordering online, put in the car make and model, and notified them that I was there. After waiting 10 minutes, I called to make sure they saw I was there and the hostess told me they aren’t allowed to bring the food out, and that I’d have to come inside to sign something. So my food sat there for 10 minutes getting cold and no one would have even reached out if I didn’t go inside. Please remove that option from your website because having it still listed as an option means you need to accommodate the customer and do curbside as requested.
This place should be closed. Waited over 10 minutes to be seated, then we were seated and the waitress couldn’t even gave us the menu. We stayed sited for 10 minutes waiting to get the menu. They don’t have enough staff to remain open
If you're looking for a good breakfast, don't go to IHOP,the food is terrible,the eggs overdone, my wife's ham portion was the size of a postage stamp, scramble eggs were hard,I could go on and on. Don't waste your money.
The serving staff is amazing! Breakfast was awesome! No wait and food was here super fast.
We love ihop in Longmont they’re the best! Their host Carlos is amazing and the waitresses too. We go every weekend and they always make us the best food even on our crazy bodybuilding diet. Thanks IHOP Longmont! We love you guys @cielolyn
This is their idea of a Philly Steak sandwich:( It was so greasy, overcooked and just had avocado smashed on top of it.At least the waitress was nice and polite even though every customer in the place was complaining about their cold or missing food. I felt bad for the waitress because the cook didn't seem to care about the orders they were making and i heard him say that, "he can fire me"! back to the waitress when trying to get orders correctly done.
Possibly one of the worst restaurants I've ever been in. Took around 5 minutes to acknowledge we were there. I ordered a country burrito and received an omelet. Oreo Milkshake was milk with Oreos in it, they forgot the "shake" part. Side wheat bread was given as toast THREE TIMES before finally getting it right. Very rude service overall. Will not be visiting again
Waitress got the whole order wrong. It was not worth complaining about. The manager was our server. There was only 2 other tables. How hard can a cup of coffee be? Water maybe next time.
Took our food order before she could get our drinks. When we got our drinks one of the coffee mugs had lipstick on it? *COVID*Food was good that's it.
