Great food! They made our own salsa with no heat! The owners were fantastic!

My family and I were visiting for the first time. We are from Fresno CA. Our first bite of the chips and salsa, we knew this place was the right choice. I had chicken sopes, reminded me of my Tia cooking back home! The beans were spot on! My daughter got the seafood chimichanga, she said it had way to much mushrooms in it, but tasty. My husband had the chipotle enchiladas, he described it, having a slow tasty heat, that was perfect!!!! I wished I would have taken pics, sorry!

Good is decent at best, but website is completely broken right now and can't see the menu, and they aren't picking up phones. Would have ordered for pickup here at least 3 times by now but they don't seem to care about fixing their website/phones.

I went during lunch, it was not busy and purchased the super burrito.I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant and highly recommend.I was seated immediately and the server was at the table taking the drink order immediately after I sat down. The food came within 5 minutes after ordering and was well prepared and hot. I was able to ask questions and the server was gracious in answering and offering suggestions when asked. The super burrito can include one of a few meat choices, I chose ground beef. It is served with rice, refried pinto beans, lettuce, diced onions, and diced seasoned tomatoes. All ingredients were clearly fresh and full of robust flavor. They offer free chips and salsa when you are first seated, they both seem to be made in house as they tasted quite fresh. The salsa is delicious, I would have preferred a bit more of a spicy flavor but, I would guess that is not as popular. The atmosphere in the restaurant was family casual with a separate bar area. The cost of the meal was surprisingly cheap, at 10$.I will be returning to explore more of their menu as well as to gladly support a solid business.

Hacienda Jalisco is my absolute favorite Mexican restaurant in Northern Colorado. It has very authentic tasting food, and their service is excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a Mexican restaurant, its worth the drive no matter where you live. My favorite dish is their carne asada plate, it reminds me of home.

Great Restaurant! One of the cleanest restaurants we have been in. The food was very reasonably priced and was great. The Margaritas were amazing!

The atmosphere was great. The employees have excellent service. The food was yummy. Three drinks definitely not watered down

We were greeted with a smile by a cheerful hostess. The service was Great. Delicious food. Had a wonderful dining experience

Best place ever! They know us by name and our drinks we like and that I love there mild salsa and my husband the hot. We go almost every weekend.

This is not Mexican food! I ordered the carnitas and it was dry cubed pork. I couldn’t even eat it. The super burrito wasn’t flavorful at all, very bland. The best thing we ate was the guacamole.
