Food and service were excellent, first time at the Longmont location. You really can't go wrong with any food items on the menu. Lucked out and got to order a few items from the Happy Hour menu, love the garlic knots but the red sangria was just okay. We had 4 adults and by the time all of the plates and drinks arrived the small square table was overwhelmed, made it a challenge to eat without knocking something over. Ask for a booth!
Nice decor decent food great service. The parking lot is tight the restaurant is new and well designed. Food is fine but not so amazing that you would want to go there all the time. Ingredients are fresh and tasty.
A HUGE thank you to the Gondolier, especially Anita, for accomodating our family's request to feed 40-50 family and friends (on short notice) for a memorial for my brother. The Caprese salad, pizzas, homemade spaghetti, meatballs, marinara, Alfredo, garlic bread and house salad was a perfect meal, hot and ready right on time!
The pizza is really good , the drinks are made nice and strong and taste great , the people are very pleasant . The restaurant is very clean . The prices are very reasonable too . The Italian spaghetti sauce is compatible to salsa . It’s hot and tangy. I’m from Brooklyn / Queens NY and I’ve eaten authentic spaghetti sauce for better than 30 years . Never had any thing like this . This sauce is way too spicy in my opinion because of the sheer heat . When I asked the manager what was up she apologized and said her services should have offered the non hot version. What was upsetting to me was they didn’t even offer to comp the (2) plates that were not even eaten .
My pasta was fine, but my wife ordered the salmon and asked for it with no onions. It came loaded with onions. I asked the server if they messed up the order or what happened. She took it to be remade, then brought it back the same and told us they can't make it without onions. It is in the "vegetable medley". There was a whopping 3 pieces of broccoli and a few half baby tomatoes. The rest was onions. It made my wife's meal miserable.
I really liked the food and the restaurant interior was really nice! I just did take home and didn't eat there but I sure was eyeing the different beers on tap have a great variety. They even had spots outside for curbside pickup.
Felt ripped off when I left. Never felt like I spent so much for so little at an italian restaurant before. There seemed to be a hard food-rock or something in my pasta which is always nice, but besides that the food was good. Service was very friendly but slow. Hard no for me.
Great food and waitstaff. Glad we found this place today. Sunday at noontime was a great time to go since it was fairly slow. Will definitely be back to try the pizza.
Well we have never been here before and is definitely not to be our last! I love spaghetti Vongole and is hard to find this dish in most Italian restaurants. But this place cooked it up another level with some onion zucchini and tomato .. the added flavour is so welcoming especially with the spring colours. The Lasagna my husband had just needed a little more texture with some burnt end on the pasta maybe? The spicy calamari salsa verde is out of this world! The chocolate creme brulee ok that's gonna be my only future dessert whenever I go there, the layer of salted caramel crust blends so well with the brulee..not too sweet! The chocolate Torta is heavenly as well.
Desserts!!
