I have no idea why I keep returning to this location or how are you still open. Our order has been messed up 4 consecutive times and quite a few times in the past. I do ask for special requests on the hamburgers but for the money I’ve spent it shouldn’t be a problem to get an order correct. I have previously called corporate, talked to the new manager about the service (or lack there of) and was assured the service would be better. Unfortunately, this isn’t true and I’m done over paying for less than desirable service. Can’t get an order right , so I can’t support this location anymore.
This was my second time I ever went to Freddy’s and I have to say I am surprised ? that they are getting positive reviews. The first time I went I bought me a double cheese burger and a small fries and the cheese burger was over cooked and the hamburger patty was soo thin you could almost see threw it and the fries where cold thin and over cooked as well they should just called the fries chips. The second time I went to a different Freddy’s I got me a double patty melt which was at least not over cooked but that about it. The meat was under seasoned or I should say no seasoning I don’t know why restaurants like this never use seasoning but it makes a huge difference and again with the thin cut fries please stop with those because when you have thin cut fries like that 1 of 2 things are going to happen either you undercooked the fries and they become soggy and non edible or you over cook them and they just become chips so please for the love of god get some normal cut fries so that way people can feel like they spent there hard earned money on something good. I will never come to Freddy’s steak burgers again
String fries, great burgers, and the desserts top all other grab and go options. This place is well staffed and works quickly and, more importantly, correctly. Best fast food for sure.
When this Freddy's opened up it was great. It has gone down a hill and fallen off the cliff. There doesn't seem to be any kind of standards at all at this location. I usually get a hotdog with sauerkraut only. They always put the Sauerkraut on the bun and then the hotdog on top. This causes the bun to be soggy. When I called the manager to complain he said it was made wrong and the sauerkraut should be placed on top of the hotdog. I also complained that some times I would get relish instead of sauerkraut. He said he would address the issue. Obviously he didn't really care. I decided to try it again and it came out screwed up still. I will not be returning to this location.
Good fresh on the grill steak hamburger and skinny fries. Always fresh to order. Love their custard ice cream.
This location is garbage. Asked for a double cheeseburger with only ketchup and onions. They just added ketchup. Asked for a double bacon burger with only ketchup and onions. They put everything on it with ketchup on the side. Completely ruined $32 worth of food! Never going back
Had a patty melt,it's my favorite item on the menu... with fries and a root beer, burger was delicious, fries were so fresh I had to wait for them to cool a bit b4 eating them. May or may not have learned they were hot the hard way ? still amazing
I love the food but had to remove a star because they keep giving me soda straws with my strawberry milkshakes. I'm just not skilled enough to get the strawberries through those skinny straws.
Overall pretty good. Everything was more greasy than I'm used to at fast food places, but still tasty enough.
