Love the refreshers and of course the donuts. Staff was awesome. Only complaint I have is that we dined in for a business meeting and every table was noticably dirty.
I grew up on the east coast and the Dunkin here does not compare. Always out of menu items and have gotten orders wrong on multiple occasions.
Gross! I ordered the croissant sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. The sandwich smelled and tasted like cleaning chemicals. There was no hint of each food item, other than visual. On top of that, the restaurant was a mess. There was a pallet of supplies in the corner of the seating area. There was an open box of Trix on the counter. I know cereal on top of donuts is a thing, but there were no cereal donuts at the time. While I was waiting in line, I heard one employee state, "I found it in the bathroom. It's my little friend."At least it's hard to screw up the donuts.
My experience sucked. The young lady was very rude. I wanted 3 dozen mixed and I couldn't pick what I wanted. She handed me 3 dozen pre made. I can guarantee I won't be back there or recommend anyone going there. I use to work at a donut shop and we gave the customer the option to pick what they want and how many they want of each donut. Y'all need to do better. Teach your employees how to talk and treat customers.
This is just not a good Dunkin. Every time myself or friends want to give it another try, it's still just as bad. The drinks are made different each visit and they usually are out of what you want food-wise. Coming to a national chain, you want consistency which this location IS NOT. So unfortunate that it's the only one in the area.
So I can’t in at 8 o’clock in the morning The guy in the front that was working front counter and drive-through in a fast pace but with such a great attitude and a positive one at that that’s the type of customer service I’m talking about also give me suggestions of my coffee this is my first time here and will definitely be coming back whoever the guy is with the black dangle earring thank you so much and the battered birthday drink is A1
Came in for the pesto tomato grilled cheese sandwich & it did not disappoint @ all. It was light but filling without all the carbs. Great sandwich ?
Ive been going to this Dunkin religiously for about 5 years. I always buy the bagged coffee there as its cheaper than the store. If I buy 3 pounds it comes out to about 26.00. Ive been doing this for 5 years and before that would get the same deal in Boulder for about 15 years. the deal is buy more than 1 pound and get a discount.for some reason about every 4th time I buy the beans here the employee seems to NOT know about the deal and charge me full price.everytime a manager or someone says "oh you have to enter the discount manually" which they do.Anyway this past visit, I again to in to buy my coffee beans. They charge me full price. I ask what happened to the deal thats usually 26.00 for 3? They go "oh that was just a promotional thing"so.... it was a promotional thing for 5 years?Getting really frustrated with this store. Looks like i'll go back to the one that is consistent. After 5 years, i'll be going back to the one in Boulder.
I am leaving 2 stars because when I first started going to this location they were great but have become increasingly bad over the past few months or so. Today I came and had to repeat every item of the 5 that I ordered like 5 times and somehow you guys still messed it up. And not to mention the girl who took my card to charge it was rude and ignored me and had an attitude. It’s cool that I wasn’t charged for the item that I asked for that I didn’t receive but that was for my son. Also the bagel that I ordered for my husband made him throw up. Not sure whats wrong with it but it didn’t taste right either. Maybe listen to your customers orders and don’t mess it up every single time. The second girl that came to the window was very nice and professional. I wish I knew her name because that girl deserves a raise or a promotion. But the girl before her has no business in customer service.
This location is larger than other Dunkin Donuts that I've been too. It also has a large breakfast menu with egg and bacon options. I got the breakfast croissant sandwich and it was warm, flaky, and delicious. The service here was fast and friendly. It was only a few minutes from order to me be back out and on my way.
