There parking lot is difficult to maneuver in, but the employees are nice. We get alot of food from this location, they are fairly quick, and always ready to help.
Employees drive delivery vehicles with offensive political messages on them. Make pizza, not political statements. I'll give my money to a business who focuses on just that. Business
Very popular place. Their food is delicious. This Domino's Pizza place only has one table inside. People are friendly.
Two visits in a row now my pizzas were not made to meet your advertisement or my standards. And the 2nd time the worker only said "I'll have to work on that next time" which to me is not good customer service.Overall once they were made correctly the pizzas were great
Love the 5.99 or 6.99 deal. Makes it affordable for everyone to get exactly what they want. This location is also right by my place so that makes it even better. Food is always great and staff is always very helpful.
The manager Bob is a lose canon. He was literally cursing me out a couple months ago when I asked that my pizza be remade after they made a mistake. He even called out the employee who made the error, throwing him under the bus bc the employee was speaking with me, trying to defend his manager. I didn't do a review of this interaction after he asked me not to report his boss. Today, I've been waiting for 30 minutes beyond the pick up time for my order, proving this man does a very poor job at managing his team as well as his temper, and should be reviewed more carefully.
Tom, the manager, is one of the most unprofessional members of customer service I've dealt with. I politely called to cancel an order after the mobile app messed up the address and sent the order to the wrong store. I had no reason to be upset with the store as this wasn't their fault so I was quite polite about it.After the kind gentleman who answered the phone put me on hold, Tom answered and said "It's canceled, thanks for wasting our time" and hung up on me.I called back to confirm it was canceled and ask for the name of the person who yelled at me and a very kind employee, Aaron, confirmed my order was canceled and when he asked who canceled it I heard the manager Tom screaming at me from the background. Truly appalling behavior.I can say as someone who previously spent a decade in customer service and nearly half of those at a Dominos, I've never seen this sort of behavior before. Really disappointing.
Absolutely the WORST Dominos Pizza experience I've ever had. 90 Minutes and two phone calls just to be told that if I come and get the pizza myself (after suggesting I could have walked there in the snow by the time I had to call again) that once I GOT to the store they would START on my order. I didn't get upset until such absurdity was suggested as being a viable resolution to poor service. The excuse was given that there are only two drivers working and the roads are in poor condition, but the roads were in as good a condition as roads are in the winter time in Colorado and when I actually did walk there in the snow from the 600 block of Main St I saw 2 people at the register with no one in the store, 2 people making pizzas that one person could make, and two people in the back doing a job one person could do.Then not only was the pizza not ready, I was met with apathy and a cynical attitude instead of apologetic and resolved to correct the issue. Then the manager suggested that because I was upset at the situation that they should just cancel my order and I should leave! I demanded that they finish my pizza that I had waited almost 2 hours for and had to walk in the snow 5 blocks in the middle of a winter storm to get.On top of that, I was not refunded my delivery fee and was charged full price for a pizza that was not even fresh. I expect a refund (I'm charging back the purchase on my card regardless). I'll never shop at this store again and I am known to order $200-$300/week on pizza at times, in addition to leaving bad reviews, and telling anyone I can that this location is garbage and run by garbage management. If this was my store I'd fire everybody who was working tonight and do everything myself until I found people worth paying anything at all. And I'd do a better job than what they did tonight. Good riddance.
After waiting over an hour for an order, the delivery driver called to tell me they were out of bread. Why did the person responsible for making the order not call when the order was made?Well I called the store to find out, and was hung up on repeatedly.Drove down to see if maybe they were just slammed busy, nope. In fact I was order number 11 of the day and it was about 3pm, about as slow as you can get. The driver was awesome, but Mary behind the counter was quite dismissive and rude.
I was drawn to Domino's Pizza by a national television ad about Domino's franchisees buying gift cards from other restaurants to eliminate having to pay expensive service fees to other providers for food orders. My first experience impressed me because the service was prompt and the Contactless Delivery worked just as promised. The pizza, of course, was absolutely delicious. I'm a fan of Domino's, and after you try them, you will be too.
