First off, I absolutely love this place but tonight's experience was terrible. I understand we went at a busy time but waited over 30 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 fry. Then after 7 other cars got their food I asked an employee where our food was. She went and checked on it and told me they lost it. So now after waiting 30 minutes for our now cold food. I was late for an appointment which had to paya huge fee because I couldn't make it in time because they lost our order. Highly disappointed and won't be back any time soon.

Boy does this place suck. It’s like a crappier Wendy’s. I haven’t been to a Culver’s in 16+ years. I’m not sure if it’s just this one or the entire brand has gone downhill, but after this experience I won’t be back. Even looking past a messed up order, the quality of the food just seems low. Way worse than it used to be. Medium fry is puny. Seems cheaper and more mass produced overall. Hard pass.

This is what a burger experience should be. There are always great deals (check ValPak) and the service is usually quite good especially for the fact that it usually delivered by high school kids. The burgers are just enough to satisfy lunch time hunger. But when topped off with cheese curds, you’ll be sure to leave feeling satiated and satisfied.

Great shakes and cheese curds. The fish sandwich was also good. The hamburger was ok but a little dry _ good flavor though!

Service was very nice and it was the cleanest restaurant and restrooms I've probably ever encountered. The reason I'm giving it 2 starts is because I ordered the fish dinner and it was way too greasy for me. There was a lot of grease on the plate and that turned me off. I would eat here again and try something different, maybe a burger or salad.

They're always accurate and the food is always great. They've got a good system for the drive thru. I really like their chicken, burgers and the pretzel bites.

Brandon the cashier was the very good and hard working. Nickie was very rude to customers, when I came in and she treated Brandon like he doesn't know how to do his job. You should see him at aunt Alice's kitchen, he'll treat you like it's his own home. The food is okay and sometimes it's pretty slow service also. Josh is a great manager too.

Can't go wrong with a ButterBurger. Cheap, quick, quality.

This is repeatedly the best fast food experience in town. A very good chicken sandwich, especially compared with another local fast food, which recently served a truly poor grilled chicken sandwich. Culver's still has malts, which other restaurants are dropping. The food is good. Lots of employees, which make the experience much more pleasant, even as the food is cooked when ordered. And the recent monthly coupons are nice, too, although I feel a bit guilty using them all the time. But the restaurant is always worth going back to.

The food is good, staff friendly if not a bit chaotic. I have visited 12 times, all for drive through. Of those 12 times, they have forgotten something 11 out of twelve. Tonight, no chocolate shake, no crackers for my chili, but they did give me a ton of plastic-ware even though I asked them not to. Chaos is fine if the end result is the goods delivered. Unfortunately I don't think I will be eating at Culver's again. Too bad!
