Good food, mediocre service and the beers weren't that great the day we went. We'll be back for a second try -- just because of the nachos. The unique lunch specials seemed to have vanished with the previous chef.

Our favorite drink here so far was the peanut butter and jelly old fashioned! So many good flavors. I also tried the orange maple bourbon salmon - tasted amazing. We will definitely go back.

How on earth have I not already given this place 25 million stars?! This Longmont gem is absolutely next level. They have plant-based options for almost every single dish that they serve on their menu. The cocktails are craft and delicious. Every single time we have come here the food is absolutely perfect. This has become our local hang out and I could not be more grateful. Every single time we come here collision brewing company exceeds our expectations.
Had the crab and shrimp salad. Someone that I was dining with told me that they had ordered it before and said that the crab was nasty, so I ordered just shrimp. Well, the shrimp felt like it was only half-cooked (couldn't prove it but it looked a little grey inside and the shrimp was squishy, not 'solid') and the avacado (as you can see in the photo) was greying on half of the 4 slices. I couldn't believe that a chef would knowingly send this to a paying customer's table. Either that or the chef doesn't inspect all of the meals before leaving the kitchen.
Drove from Omaha to see the Vernardos Circus. Had a great dinner here - outstanding, welcoming, friendly, and fast service. Food served HOT and delicious. If I lived here, this would be my pick to watch the game. :) Thanks!
Beautiful outdoor seating area with fire pits. They also have cornhole if you feel like playing outside. The Korean pastrami sandwich and Mexican French onion soup was so tasty and not what I expected. The wait staff were super friendly and apologetic about being short staffed - but we had no issue and didn't wait very long. The structure of the building is really cool - as you do have the feel you are in a car repair shop.
My wife and I absolutely love this place. We always eat here. We just celebrated my wife’s birthday there and brought our family for the first time. Everyone is always so hospitable! We love how caring the stuff always is. The food is INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! You can’t go wrong ordering!!! We’re vegan and the food you offer is such a nice treat!! Thank you for being AWESOME!!
