Manager had NO idea about the current promotions. And (perhaps manager?) Is always in a fowl mood. I was hoping she had quit since the last visit. No such luck. Ice cream was passable.
Huge selection of whatever ice cream you want! Any and every topping you can think of and almost too much when you get blends. It's a fat kids Dream!!! Great service and smiles that go with great ice cream
Thank you cold stone! If I could give 10 stars I would. I ran in after work on Fathers day to find a full freezer of ice cream cakes and a full staff behind the counter ready to help. I found the flavor and size cake I needed. The staff was freindly and fast getting happy birthday written on the cake for me. Thank you Avery the cake looks amazing!
They gave me the wrong chocolate and almost gave me 4 extras that I didn't ask for.
Nice selection of ice cream. Staff is always nice and friendly. They do not have Butter pecan flavor regularly. Only on special occasions.
Friendly service and delicious food
After having an order snafu via the online system and my order not being made correctly, Kelli the owner was very prompt to fix the online ordering system for future orders as well as replacing the order. Kelli was so quick to respond, and Kelli also sends out a thank you email for every online order placed that includes the current months coupon. That’s such a nice touch and ownership alone would make me a repeat customer if I wasn’t already a coldstone-aholic. This location takes customer service seriously and that’s a lost art these days. Thanks again Kelli, you’ll always have a customer in me!

Ordered ice cream to be delivered and there was an item missing from the order. When I called to get this corrected the employee was unable to fix the issue. I understand that young kids work there but they should at least have someone there who has the authority to make decisions and knows how to handle issues like this.
