Service and food quality was great as normal. However the new garlic guajillo flavor was nasty. Highly NOT recommended... stick with the traditional steak.

This Chipotle is horrible. Don’t go here. There is a tall dark hair lady that is supper rude and constantly messes up orders because she rushes everyone and doesn’t listen. She messed up two other customers orders in front of me and even the cashier felt threaten to ask for sour cream that another customer requested and she forgot to put in his order. Go eat somewhere else or try a different chipotle.
It's always busy with a line out to the door. Compared to other places they get through the line really fast. I enjoy the fact that you can adjust what you get to fit your needs/likes. Very clean and organized. If you haven't been here try it.
Every time I order from this chipotle location I end up disappointed. The last few times I’ve ordered delivery from here the amount of meat on my meal has been laughable, so much so that I reached out directly to Chipotle and requested a refund. Barely any toppings either, except for rice. The store itself is fine - clean and usually not very busy - but the quantities are pathetic compared to other locations.
Mobile pickup is always at least 20 minutes behind. It's always better to just go through the line. Or just go to the one on Ken Pratt, never any issues there.
Ordered 14 different times and have received zero rewards! Chipotle has lost its something special. Qdoba is way better, faster service too!! The Chipotle app is garbage.
They are ridiculously stingy about cheese. One lady will yell at them for giving too much. You have to beg for a decent amount on your food.Be sure to check before you come, we've shown up and they have refused to take our order - only taking mobile orders. I understand staffing is hard, but wish we had checked ahead of time. Now we always do.Always very clean.They've recently added codes on all the bathroom doors. Cashier is hesitant to give you the number, even if you clearly just bought food and have a little one doing the potty dance. Probably have had some issues - give them grace!
If you like overcooked Steak and Chicken this is the place for you. Placed a pick up order for a steak burrito and chicken bowl. Steak was well done and too chewy. They forgot to add salsa to both orders.Poor customer service not acknowledging someone standing at the cashier for 5 minutes waiting to get their food especially considering the place was basically empty with nobody in line. Order said ready in 5-10 minutes but took 18 minutes. Again they were empty.Long time chipotle customer usually craving their steak burritos but this was very disappointing and not satisfying. I won’t be back to this location. Hoping they just had a bad day.
Best Chipotle in town. Staff is super friendly, the food is always hot and fresh. I drive across town to come to this location. It is our go to for food, we are always satisfied and the food is always delicious. I have now tried just about every burrito combination and it's always great. Will br visiting again and again.
Who ever that older Mexican lady is that they have wrapping the burritos today on 02/08/22 needs massive raise. Thank you. I got everything i wanted on my burrito and it was wrapped the best I've ever seen a Chipotle burrito wrapped. True Saint. Love it. Give her a raise, my burritos are not easy to wrap as they have almost everything :))
