Took 10+ minutes to get my food when I was literally the only customer waiting. One of six workers were actually working and he had to fill four online orders before getting to me. Small portion sizes too. Love chipotle, but this one was rough.

I have ordered togo from this Chipotle numerous times. They are horrible at portion sizes. I have complained so many times, I am just done. They keep giving me BOGO deals to keep me as a customer but they just keep messing up.
They never get our order right. Unless you go in person they will skip your sides and drink. Everyone in this store specifically shares a brain cell.
Typical burrito fare. Good tofu protein option. Clean. Friendly. Nice outdoor seating.
We go here several times a month after the gym. And they are out of gauc more time then they actually have it. And for vegetarians that get the veggie bowls… that’s one of the good parts of that bowl.I can understand once or twice… buts it’s a lot of times.
Slow service. Had to repeat what I wanted 3 times. It seemed like they were irritated by having to serve customers.
My husband and I came here for dinner, the workers were extremely rude and talking under their breath about us because we ordered double steak. Don’t come here.
Clean store attentive employees portions were alright wrap was awful failed to mix and was leaking everywhere before hand other similar restaurants would have double wrapped it one side was all guacamole and one was all hot stuff felt taken advantage of for a 10$ burrito to be thrown together with no respect just go to qdoba down the street.
I’ve eaten at a bunch of Chipotles and had a whole variety of experiences, but I always have a great experience at this store. This is my new home store since moving to Longmont, and we order takeout or delivery from this location 2-3 times per month-usually using their app’s group order function, which makes it *super easy* among family members. When I pick up, our order is always ready at the stated time (I always choose the ASAP option), and it is accurate when we go to eat it.There have been times when they have gone above and beyond by offering me an extra bag of chips when I have picked up food at the very, very end of the night directly before closing time–maintaining a positive attitude at the end of the night unlike some other restaurants whose employees are just upset that you even made an order in the first place toward the end of the night. Short story long… definitely an A+ for this particular Chipotle.
the worker with his beard out of his mask really messes up the line especially when it's busy. he always seems to be clueless and can't event do any of the stations right. he can never close a burrito or even do the meats and rice properly...
