There are good Chick Fil As out there. This is not one of them. Stay away. If you're on i25 just keep going north to the Loveland one. This place used to be good, but across several visits it's been consistently filthy, always a long wait and seemingly always an issue with your order so you have to go back.

I don't normally visit any fast food chains, but I was in the area and it sounded good. It was a Saturday and the drive through was very busy so we chose to dine inside. From the moment we stepped out of our car, employees greeted us with a smile and a hello, before we were even inside. At the counter, a young man named Jeffery took our order. He told us about his upcoming wedding while we completed the transaction. He was so friendly! This place is well staffed, everyone working seemed happy, and they took care of customers very quickly. It was super clean as well. I am very impressed.
The "my pleasure" is always a nice sound to my ears. I don't eat at many fast food chains these days but I will patronize Chick-fil-A. Even when the lines and drive-thru lines are long, the service is still top-notch and the food is always hot and yummy. Also, once when I was having a nice day, the employee in the drive-thru who took my order left an encouraging handwritten note in my bag when I picked it up from the window. Such an unexpected delight and totally made my night!
Staff was nice and great to us, but our order was missing multiple sandwiches when we got home with it. I'm usually pretty trusting and we have never had this happen before. This is the first time we've been back since the construction finished.
I absolutely love Chic fil A. However, I was picking up an order this evening and there was a group of kids there using the N Word and cussing like it was their first time. I am pretty sure I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. So sad.
I love Chik-Fil-A, but not the location in Longmont any more. The food is never fresh any more. I always wind up with soggy fries and cold fatty chicken. Not to mention how long the wait is nowadays to only receive food quality as mentioned above.
While the food is always amazing, I am starting to heavily reconsider coming here. When this location reopened after their remodel, they had the drive-thru well organized and it was always smooth. Now it is the most disorganized thing I've ever seen. There's no one controlling the flow of traffic once it merges into one lane and sometimes you're sitting there behind cars that placed their order after you did and while it is nice they bring your food out to you, I also know if it's now in my car and I'm trapped in the line behind other cars, it's getting cold. Please get this place organized and an enjoyable experience.

Clean, organized, professional, and friendly!I've been to the drive through a few times, but went inside with my little boy for the first time the other day. We had to be out of the house for an hour and this was the best option for us to hang out since it was a Friday evening in the winter. We put in an order and sat down at a table in the back near the playroom. After about 5 minutes the employee brought our milk shakes over and we had a great time. Best $5 I've spent all month!
