Omg, what a lovely treat!Being paleo myself, I've pretty much accepted that any coffee shop I go to I can only get a black coffee... boring.So walking in here I felt like a kid in a candy shop! I could pretty much have anything I wanted.I went with half an avocado and a Maple Cinnamon coffee. And then of course I couldn't resist the flourless chocolate muffin. Yum!I may just have to drive all the way back to Longmont in the near future...Bonus: they use organic coffee which is also a rare find!
I loved the design and energy in here. Realty cool part of Longmont too. The tea was great and the food was also really good. The only thing I noticed was the portions were quite small even though they were delicious. If you’re looking for a full meal maybe not ideal but perfect for a snack and good drinks.
Cute coffee shop in Prospect! Great coffee, healthy options for breakfast (also doughnuts), and lots of space to brunch with friends or work remote. Indoor and outdoor seating options, and there is an open field right next door where you can picnic or play with your to-go order. My friend lives in the neighborhood and her favorite order is a BB Mac: a coffee with blueberry and macadamia nut syrup. Usually pretty busy so don't be surprised if there's a line or a short wait for your order!
Got a donut and snickerdoodle bite. Both would satisfy a sugar craving, but not much else. The pumpkin spice donut tasted more like bread(not very sweet) and the snickerdoodle bite was like an edible cookie dough bite, but not the good kind.
An all peleo coffee shop and bakery? It can't be good, right? It is, everything is homemade and delicious. Vegetarian options available and some of the best tasting coffees around.
Cute space, nice selection, I feel like prices are a little out of control. I ordered the paleo bowl which was literally a small handful of spinach, a chicken sausage, a few potatoes and a tablespoon of kraut for $11. Even using the highest quality of ingredients, that's an insane markup for the portion size. It filled less than half of the to-go container / comparable to a side salad.
Spicy Mocha latte was very good and not too sweet. Egg sandwich was perfect and all there made in house treats look delicious

Cozy setting, great coffee, tea and healthy food options. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Love the small community town feel! You should definitely give it a try♥️
I’ve never had a sub-par experience at cave girl and I stop by multiple times a week. Their staff is helpful (they helped me until I found a coffee roast i preferred), their food is DELICIOUS and the owner is a gem of a human. You must try their salmon melt or avocado toast! They keep this small business owner caffeinated and well fed. It’s a great location to get work done or catch up with a friend. I love having cave girl down the street from my store!
