I would give this a better rating, but look at how many people are unhappy with their experience here....I have had my fair share of miscommunications with the staff. This is likey because there are a couple of employees that do not speak any english. Not to mention the very incompetent managers. Everybody that works here would be better off at mcdonalds, at least over there we expect bad service

It's your typical fast food restaurant although this particular location likes to call the police on those of us without a car and just want to hand you my cash through the drive through when you close the lobby. 6 police officers stalking me as I walk back home yeah thanks Carl.
I wanted a burger from Carl's jr. Worst experience. Told them no cheese. Do they listen. We got back on the freeway, and going home to upper Wyoming. And there is cheese, which I said no. Yuck. And to tell them. They don't answer their phone

Every time I go into this Carl’s Jr. I always get a messed up order or crazy attitude I have a theory on why I’m being treated like this… but that’s my own opinion to keep.. I went and got a sandwich and he told me they only had the two out of the three and then I chose another one and he said we don’t have that one either… then I told him I only have 5$ and the. He tells me that I can get the sandwich I first asked for that is $2.17 so I said sure… and then he puts it in its $7.11.. so I asked what the price was for and why it wasn’t 2.17 and he gave me attitude.. so after switching back and forth withthe $2.17 little stackers… I told him I only have 5$ and he still kept ringing up 7$ Sandwiches.. and the lie tire is of a drink I got after having a really small confrontation with one of the employees I messheard an order and she comes running that that was not the order I got… and then I get my order and I see she smashed my lid in to put the whipped cream in
Over all this place should be avoided 3 different times I when there to find all the lights on and no one there to take an order or anything at 10pm with hours saying they are open tell 11 that combined with there worriable drive through layout were you have to do a 3 point turn to get into it your better off going literally anywhere else
Food is old not consistently not fresh. Crazy of me to think people would serve hot fresh food as advertised. Never going back.
The general manager at this establishment doesn’t seem to have the proper skills to manager her team and has zero customer service skills. The food is also overpriced and on top of that they take forever to give you your food. Most of the time your order will come out wrong or they will forget to give you part of your order.
Food quality excellent.. Took 13 minutes for a breakfast order for two — consisting of biscuits and hash browns. I was compensated with coupons for the mishap.
Service was fine. Staff seemed friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs which is why they got so any stars.The food is the nastiest fast food I have ever had in my life. Keep in mind this is my first time at a Carl's Jr.So this location is great if you like Carl's Jr. But if you've never been to one I CANNOT recommend this food.
