Canceled order with no explanation, and their door dash hours are weird so I can't try through their since I don't want to wait until 9:30 to order food.

Food was good and hot, service was a little slow, restaurant was tidy and clean!
Their system stole $2 from me i looked at my reciept and the reciept and my bank statement do not match and i do not eat out often if at all after asking management they refused to explain where the $2 went or why i was charged extra i refuse to ever return. This just marks YOUR spot on my do not return list which includes taco bell mcdonalds and other various Diarrhea vendors.

Lady in the drive thru was rude and refused to allow me two separate orders as I had separate payment methods. Every other Burger King and fast food place accommodates this all the time. I’ve worked fast food before. It’s not that hard to do separate orders, sorry you had to work a little extra hard today.
Mary at the Burger King on Ken Pratt in Longmont is an outstanding employee! We will always go to this Burger King because Mary is courteous, professional and goes above and beyond to help customers!
