Absolutely horrible. We ordered an appetizer and a salad, then ordered our food. One meal came out first, then some more of the meals and at the end of the meal our appetizer and salad showed up. It's dirty, the food is awful and the service sucks.
Completely appalled by the size of the "boneless wings" I received for my order tonight. The entire batch are about the size of a nickle. With all the breading there is practically no chicken. I have been to many locations and this is the lowest quality food I've ever received. This is honestly laughable.
We ordered pick up from here on a whim while we stayed in a nearby hotel. Boy were we surprised. This place was awesome. The food was piping hot, fries cooked perfectly, wings had the perfect amount of sauce and huge! It was amazing! Thank you!
The food was good, however the cleanliness was horrible. Our table was so filthy, I asked the server to clean it, all she did was give it one swift wipe down and left. She brought out the little wipes for your hands, thank goodness, and thats how I cleaned our side of the table. Went to grab the salt shaker, WORSE then the table. It is very hard to enjoy a meal in such an unclean environment.
Jenn and the rest of the Thursday lunch staff are great. Pretty affordable when you use their deals and overall a good place. Could use more staff for sure and management could help said staff versus standing around observing.
If you like your chicken over cooked and dry, or raw (no in between) this is the place for you. I knew the minute I saw trash covering the floor, it was a preview of what was to come. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and pull through. I was wrong. 10/10 would not recommend.
Great food, plenty of games to watch. Always love the fried pickles. But the prices on wings now makes this a special occasion, once a year kind of place. It's so much cheaper to just buy their sauces at the store, and fry my own wings at home now.
We had prompt, friendly, timely, and professional service! There was plenty of parking and plenty of room inside the restaurant. Both inside and outside were clean and well kept. They were out of tea but made every effort to provide a suitable substitute (i.e. ice water and lemon slices). The food was delicious and was served within a few minutes of ordering. It would have been a great spot to enjoy this year's Super Bowl!
Had a rough experience about 2 years ago but thought I would try this place again. Unfortunately I was met with regret for that decision. The service is improved slightly but still has a long way to go. Getting scolded by bartender (Cary) because I asked if the brisket nachos should have a little more brisket than what was presented. The plate had a total of what looked like 0.5 and 1oz of brisket (Just a few small meat strands here and there). Bartender instead placed a side order of brisket and padded the bill with an up charge. If it wasn’t for this event, I would have provided a fair score. Improvements are still needed with facility cleanliness (floors, bathroom, etc), boneless wings are still of institutional quality and taste, etc. At this point, I would highly recommend Red Robin over this BWW for wings. They are much better in taste and quality plus the service is much friendlier.
Went a few weeks back. Had a mediocre time. Wings were tasty, but services was bad. Not sure what the heck our waitress was thinking but she was personable and maybe that gave her leeway to serve us poorly. State of the times? COVID? Anyhow…with so many great wing joints in the area including: Longs Peak Pub, Oskar Blues, WestEnd Tavern, Backcountry Pizza, Murphy’’s etc…I don’t see how these guys will make it.
