Good pizza, but dont use curbside pickup. the service is slow. best to go inside.
The pizza was good. Average pricing, even got a discount I didn't know about. Cheese bread came without marinara, which was disappointing. Cinnabar was especially good, but not cut well. They are currently only doing curbside pickup, which is kinda silly. A bunch of people sitting in their cars, poorly lit parking lot, had to wait about 10 mins past when my food was supposed to be ready.
This place has had it's ups and downs for sure. But it always seems to find awesome people to join the crew. I've never had them not own up to a mistake or incorrect order. inconvenient for sure, but you can't sit there as say you've never made a mistake. Pizzas is great and honestly some of the better priced one's here in town.To the crew I say, you all rock and keep being awesome!And to management I say, give your crew a raise!
Their pizza is absolutely nasty, tasted really funky, you could get much better tasting pizza for the same price, way over priced.. I totally thought blackjack pizzas were like $5 each because they're so disgusting
Always good pizza and the salads are always good the ranch dressing is amazing! They make the ranch daily, and I know because I asked ☺️ they deliver the food quickly. Definitely recommend blackjack if you want yummy pizza!
Me and my family got 2 extra large pizza and a 24 piece of wings. Everything went wrong with this order. First I get there to pick up order I call let them know I am there. As I sit there and wait 2 more cars pull up and they get there stuff right away. I finally get the pizza and wings 15 mins after I should have gotten. Then I'm so mad I get home the wigs leak all over my seat in car. Then on pizza the entire crust is burnt and the other one the dough is not done. I didn't go back to the store cause I was so mad I didn't want to get in any trouble. We have gotten alot of pizza from blackjack and this is the first time I wrote a bad review. I don't know if there was a new person working but they really need to pay attention. I spent alot of money over 60 and I didn't get good product
rude host. 20 minutes hold after order was told to be ready another 10 mins waiting on the pizza that was cold...forgot my salad and sides.. 5 star because of the way their customer service responded. Thanks for making a bad experience a lot better
This used to be a reliable, good quality delivery option in Longmont but in the last six months there has been a meltdown in quality. They constantly screw up orders—don’t deliver part of the order or give you the wrong thing. Latest issue is that they have dropped certain things without removing them from the menu, so they just give you a different thing without telling you (inedible in our household due to allergy issues). I suggest you look elsewhere.

Customer Service is a JOKE!! The girl that answers the phone has no clue what she is doing and on top on that, she is super rude and unprofessional. Waited over a hour just to be told they didn't have my order but magically found after I had to call. I Told them I would just pick it up since we had waited so long, tried to have her cancel the order but she couldn't even handle doing that. Then she had the nerve to tell me she was going to hang up? The Louisville store is awesome. Not sure what's up with this store. Wish they had better customer service because Blackjacks is awesome. Guess Domino's will get the business. They would have made well over $20 in service fees and tips to drive a mile. What a shame your CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!
