If I could give zero stars, I would. Twice now in the past 6 weeks we have visited. The first time, it took a good 20-25 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the bar. This last time we ordered ahead of time. When we arrived, we advised we placed an order. The lady at the front said 3-5 minutes. We asked if we would be able to sit at the bar and eat, to which she replied yes. We went and sat at the bar. Five minutes go by, mind you no one has asked us if we wanted a drink. We didn’t exist. No acknowledgement. The lady from the front now tells us it’ll be about 15 minutes until our order was done - meaning someone screwed up and either misplaced or forgot our order. No apology. No asking if we had been helped. NOTHING. This whole time, not one employee acknowledged us. Not even the manager, who was the manager both time we visited. He is awful at his job.We waited probably another 20 minutes. Finallyour pizza comes out. But we were standing up toleave before they even got to us with the pizza. The manager said nothing as he stood right next to us.FORGET THIS PLACE!!! Go somewhere that appreciates their customers.

Lame. There is no bartender. Asking for anything from the bar iS NONEXIST. fine for lunch but we planned a birthday party and there was no Alcohol to mAke anything special for us

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and there was ONE waitress running to take care of every table inside and out as the manager was walking back and forth doing nothing at all. Did not even help the poor girl refill customer drinks. There were at least 15 to 20 tables with people at them. The prices for the pizza are a bit steep for the quality of the food and now there charge you a restaurant recovery fee on your bill too. The poor waitress got a good tip as she tried so hard and did her best but I don't think we will be back anytime soon.

Get ready to spend way to much for pizza! The quality and quantity has gone so far down hill! A Colorado favorite we won’t be back for! $177 to feed 6 people is ridiculous, the mother load mountain pie was disappointing and not normal for beau jos! I attached photos to show you what $90 gets you here- your better off elsewhere! So sad!

Been to different locations before and never been to this one. I was not disappointed! The food was amazing! It was hot, fresh and tasted great, the service was fast and friendly. Will definitely recommend if you are in the area. We will definitely visit again. My wife and I ordered the Dude Ranch mountain pie, and needless to say, is now our favorite pizza in town.

Spent $35 on a Cajun pizza. I had to remove a literal handful of chopped red onion from each PIECE of the pizza. They advertise the pizza as weighing 2lbs, most of it is just onion. Just a heavy, onion pizza. There's a lot of good food in Longmont, and much better pizza locally. Don't waste your time or money.I will say the Idaho Springs location is significantly better.

This was our first visit to Beau Jo's in Longmont. Last year, we tried to eat at the one in Idaho Springs but it was so busy we couldn't get a table. We thought, if it's so busy then it must be great. Well, not so much. Staff was very cordial, but the margarita pizza left much to be desired. Maybe the other pizzas are better, but our next pizza will come from Parry's, or maybe Dominos.

This was the worst experience ever. I understand that everyone is short staff because I work retail and we have the same problem. We ordered our food and it took a while . I believe we arrived at 6 and left the place at about 8pm. Our pizza order was wrong and had to be remade. The part that upset me the most is that we could see the staff in the back playing with the pizza dough, using as a mask and taking selfies that is not ok. I noticed there where some bad reviews for this place but I wanted to try something different. Next time I need to pay more attention to what everyone has to say about places.

I went in for dinner and while the pizza was good and the service at the bar was great, the actual time to get my food in front of me took over 40 minutes. The waitress who took my order at the bar was outstanding! She was pleasant and friendly, got my drinks right away and had some nice conversation. However, to have to wait 40 minutes for a pizza, in a place that specializes in pizza is ridiculous! There were only about 20 people in the restaurant and at least 3 of the tables already had their food. When I looked in the kitchen, I could see the cooks walking around looking at their phones, talking to each other, just hanging out. I will probably go back but the management needs to start looking at the reviews that are being left recently and see that speed of service is an issue! If you need any evidence about how customers will respond to waiting 40 minutes for a pizza, just look down the street at the empty Old Chicago restaurant!

Stopped in cause grandchild wanted honey with pizza crust. I can't eat tomato so just ordered enchilada soup. Another person ordered club sandwich. Only 2 slices of pizza were eaten, the club had only tiny bits of meat and the soup was thin, watery full of navy beans and potatoes with a little chicken. Soup was so bad I sent it back. Nachos were good, tho. Will not go there again.
