Wow! We came as a party of 12 for breakfast (at dinner time). Our food was hot and tasty. The portions are great, the service was top notch and since it was after 4pm on a Saturday, everyone got a free slice of pie. Thanks for the great evening!

I used to come here when I was a kid. Glad to see nothing has changed, from the small kitschy items on the wall and, most importantly— Really Good food at a decent price. I had the turkey dinner special. Of course I’m going again. As a note, stick to the basics—burgers and specials. That’s where the kitchen really shines.

We WILL go back, BUT the menu needs better descriptions. We went to get chicken fried steak and it came packed with peppers and onions… no mention of that AT ALL on the menu. We just left our food at the table and paid our bill. Our waitress was very nice and quick and the food came out fast. It’s a good place been there a bunch of times but wow today was a huge flop. Wish I took a picture but I was hungry and we left quickly.

The staff was great, our waitress was friendly and speedy. The food.. was okay. I got the French dip and the meat was dry, luckily the au jus was on point and saved it. The bun was nice and crispy and tasty. I got mashed potatoes and gravy as the side and was disappointed- they were warm, not hot, and the gravy had that bit of weird skin on part. The clam chowder was really good. He got the breakfast burrito and said it was pretty good - it was massive so you’ll definitely get full! Overall worth trying but don’t have high expectations.

This restaurant is the absolute best! The biscuits and gravy are an addiction of mine and the staff are so friendly. The turnaround time on the food is generally pretty quick and they have a lot of booth seating so it doesn’t usually run out unless it’s incredibly busy. The desserts are great and so is the hot chocolate. I wouldn’t personally recommend the shakes, but everything else I’ve tried is fantastic. I come here at least once a week.

We were camping at St Vrain's and went uptown Longmont to Aunt Alice's Kitchen for late lunch, on a Sunday afternoon. It had a very homey atmosphere, and was busy. We got seated right away in a booth. The restaurant has been there a long time, and the furniture and carpet showed, but everything was clean. Wife ordered the turkey special, and I ordered the Spanish omelet. The omelet with sour dough toast was very good. The hash browns came in a large serving. My wife's turkey and mashed potatoes were covered with a good tasting brown gravy. Her cranberry sauce still had the marks of the can on it, and the green beans were also from a can. But it was good. Her orange hot tea was very good and aromatic. I recommend this restaurant.

The malted waffle was delicious! You can get it alone, or as a combo, or a mini combo of half a waffle with one egg and sausage. I enjoyed the half combo which was plenty of food for me. The service was excellent. Great value for the price.

I thought everything was great til sadly I think I overpaid $20 and didn't realize it til I got home someone's gain life moves on. Regardless I took my dad out for his birthday. The Ruben was AWESOME! The waitress was wonderful (I hope the $20 was in the bills I gave her for a tip she was worthy) if it wasn't for shorting myself I would give it all 5 stars. Great greasy spoon!

I do not understand the positive reviews unless you love unhealthy greasy food. I have never eaten anything more appalling than at this place. I would rather starve than have to eat anything from this place. It is super busy but most the people in there look like they are ready for a heart attack. Avoid at all costs, this place really blows.

You see the two slices of shoe leather. That was the worst corned beef I have ever had! Dry and chewy. Not even edible. The best part of the meal was the potatoes. That corn succotash was mushy. That was a horrible St. Patrick's dinner. I'll never go back.
