I don't usually post reviews for restaurants (I mean to and then forget) but I was taken aback by the quality of the food, beer selection and service at Yard House that I'm doing a quick review.I got the fish and chips and two different beers. The fish and chips was probably the best I've had ever (and I've had fish and chips in the UK and many places in the US). The accoutrements of jalapeno tartar and malt aoli take the simple dish to the next level. The fish is perfect dark golden fried, but not overcooked internally which indicates a deft hand that appreciates seafood. Beer selection is great. I tried two different craft beers and had plenty to choose from. Tori was my bartender/server (I sat at the bar) and did a great job. I work in the food industry and really appreciate good service particularly when I dine by myself and Tori did a great job on that front.
Yard House has been pretty decent the last couple of times. I quit going 7 years ago but they have revamped the menu and restored my faith. So far so good! Service has been slightly slow but the food is really good! I'll be coming back to this location for sure! Great variety of food on the menu! Pretty much something for everyone!
The Yard House never disappoints. The beer selection is top-notch, with plenty of local, domestic, and import options (many on tap). The food menu is fantastic as well - they keep it interesting and have something for everyone. The service is also excellent. We've been to the Yard House on many occasions, and I don't recall having had a bad experience. Really solid place for lunch and dinner.
Good place to grab a bite and drink with friends or family during happy hours. The waitress was super nice and quick.
Came here on a Saturday around 5 and the place was already getting busy. We got lucky and were able to get a table right away. Expect to wait around 30 minutes or so after 5pm. The food was great and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. Plenty of drink options on the menu to choose from. This place would also be good to hang out at the bar, grab a few appetizers and some drinks.
Had a great burger with a excellent selection of beer. Didn't hurt to get the birthday dessert.
Not sure what was wrong or different this time around. Used to be a regular here and order the same appetizers whether it was dine in or to-go. The portion for calamari to-go tonight was less than half the normal portion I usually get. Super disappointed when I got home and opened the container! Not enough for 2 people, not even enough for 1 if it was just for me. The few pieces of calamari I received was definitelynot worth the price I paid for.
The food is a little pricey, but good. The portion of the nachos I had was big enough to feed 3 people. My mom had ordered the vampire tacos and after she had eaten about half of the first one a lady ran over with a plate saying they had given her the wrong ones (apparently she had gotten the Asian tacos) and here were the correct ones. Luckily she wasn't allergic to anything in them, but that could have been bad for someone with food allergies. It was nice that they did catch the mistake when we hadn't even noticed. They didn't charge us for the extra tacos and the manager even stopped by within a few minutes of them bringing the correct order. They were spot on with their customer service.My mom said that both types of tacos were good and that she would order them again. I also really enjoyed the ACE pineapple cider I had and my mom's mango beer was also good.
We celebrated my birthday and Kevin was our server. He was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive for a party of 10 and a busy night. Food was really good. I had the Nashville chicken and it was HOT/spicey. Others had Jambalaya, Lobster and Garlic noodles. Everyone really enjoyed their dishes.
My daughter and I stopped into the Yard House after a marathon shopping experience in Macy's and were relieved to be seated so quickly and have amazing food in a short amount of time. Loads of awesome dishes for all picky eaters and loads of beers and cocktails. We highly recommend if you are in the neighborhood. I had the burger, no bun, with the best ever sweet potato fries.
