Been to the Cheesecake Factory many times before, but never to this location. We had a very enjoyable experience and the food and service were both on par with other Cheesecake Factory experiences we have had in the past. Would definitely come back if we were in the area again.
We made reservations of course for a Saturday night, it was just for 2, so if you don't like a small table I would suggest adding in you want a booth or larger table as the 2- seaters are maybe 2 feet apart. Otherwise, the food came out relatively quick and our waitress was great!
It was a very good experience! The waiter was very nice! The food was really good. We will be back.
Horrible service, rude server. Manager had no clue of what was going on. I was showing my sister a pic on my phone and my wife grabbed my attention, me thinking the waiter was asking if I wanted another drink, I said " Yes please I'll take another one". The waiter just blinked fast a few times and proceeded to give his opening statement rather than " Oh sorry no SIR I was introducing myself". We made reservations for 6 people but two more joined and the manager said that they did not make reservations for more than 6 people when clearly there were other tables with at least 10 to 12 people sitted. No respect at all, the management and servers made us feel not welcome there and as if we were being an inconvenience. lots of confusion and frustration trying to close the tab. Yes we left 20% tip because I was also a waiter once and my family has worked in the restaurant business for many years but not coming back here ?♂️
I used to love this place a lot but omg i was not at all liked it today. Half cooked rice and greasy chicken even my favorite chicken samosas were too oily not sure lot changed. Not sure I will go back again …
Ordered Avocado rolls, Korean fried cauliflower and Jamaican chicken. All of the items ordered are delicious with good flavors. Korean fried cauliflower is crispy and tasty. Price and quantity is ok for quality of food served. Would definitely recommend to try this restaurant
Armond was amazing and was there and gave great advice on selecting the best meal to get. Me and my girlfriend will be back just because of him! Food and drinks where amazing too!
We went in as a party of 8 on New Year's Day 2022. Had a reservation for 6pm but because they were busy, we ended up ordering at 730. The service was great when we were there; our waiter was very knowledgeable on the dishes and which were his favorites. He was very generous and helpful with us. We waited another 30 mins for our food which is on the long side for my liking but the food came out as expected and it tasted to expectation. The creme on the miso salmon was not as rich as expected but the salmon itself was great. The Carne asada steak was great and so were the cheesecakes. Overall the wait was the only major issue with this specific location. We shouldn't have to wait 2 hours to eat after already going through the trouble of making a reservation.
This Cheesecake Factory location is very good. The food and cheesecake definitely met my expectations, and the service was outstanding. If you enjoy The Cheesecake Factory, I highly recommend this location.
My boyfriend and I ate there tonight, food was delicious and service was absolutely spectacular! Our server (I think her name was Emily but not 100% sure- dark hair and super nice… and fast!) was absolutely amazing. I left my card and we had made it about halfway across the mall and she was sprinting after us, I’ve never seen someone run SO fast, just to make sure she could give me my card back. Super grateful to her for going above and beyond!!
