5 stars for Alyssa because she’s always really kind even when overwhelmingly busy. She makes a delicious oat milk brown sugar espresso shaken thing (much better than the folks at the stand alone Starbucks down the street).

Staff is not very attentive, stood there for a while before I was greeted or spoken too while 3 girls stood behind the counter doing nothing but chatting with each other.
2 big backs of trash left by the coffee making station that I needed to work around. And no employee was in a rush to pick it up even when I said something. When the girl finally came to pick it up she mumbled something under her breath and pick them up hastily like I bothered her. Also so sick of asking for cream to be replaced. I am so tired of that.
