Alright food but truly overpriced. Drinks weren't the strongest, the food was decent, and the warning that we got about "spicy" food was like, not spicy at all. Chipotle has spicier food. We won't be back.
Celebrated our 5yr Wedding Anniversary Thursday Night @ Sierra's.Drew (GM) & Destiny (Server) made the night very memorable & magical with the service and beautiful view. We enjoyed a bottle of Prisoner wine, apps, salad and main meal. The dessert was a bonus...Highly recommend....
Atmosphere is great. It‘s an upscale establishment. But the food is average. We ordered the cowboy steak and the Louisiana shrimp . The steak was cooked OK. the shrimp was so salty it actually disguised any other taste. The service is very pleasing and accommodating but she forgot to give us a steak knife for the steak. We had to ask for one 1/2 way through the mail. With the kind of establishment I was expecting more. The highlight of the evening was the appetizer. Tuna sashimi was very good. The wine tasted flat. The place place could do so much better.
Food was good. I also cannot really complain much about the service. And I could admire the decorations. However neither of those were exceptional, meanwhile, their prices were high and overall it feels that for what we got we paid more than we should.First, our waitress missed one (one of just two!) of the appetizers we ordered. I would agree that it was not too critical but still, I do prefer when employers are listening while customers are ordering.Guacamole did not feel like it is really fresh. It was not listed as “made to order”, but from a place which positions itself as an upscale one, I would expect more. One of fish tacos had double tortilla. It’s a little strange and again, it’s all about the attention. I actually would be much less surprised if both would be on double ones. Then, it could be intentional. But only one, seriously?.. It is likely to mean that they either accidentally make one with the double tortilla or they forget to put second tortilla to the other taco. Not the upscale level.Fish tacos were accompanied by Vietnamese brown rice. I would really expect side taco rice to be Mexican rice (the white rice boiled with tomatoes). I cannot really recall wether it was or was not explicitly specified in the menu that tacos are accompanied with the brown rice, but even it was, anyway, honestly, these two do not pair well.$44 Mendoza Malbec we ordered was not bad, but was not as full body as one would expect from Mendoza… We got to a grocery store afterwords and the one we bought there for $13.99 was much better. I would not mind to pay $44 at a restaurant for that one which we got from the store, but the one that we got in the restaurant… the fair restaurant price feels more like $25.We ended up spending a little over $100 per person, and we neither eat or drink too much. So, honestly, overall, only thing that was upscale there were prices.Everything else was on fairly good but was not on the upscale level. I am unlikely to go there another time, unless it’s a last resort.
Very nice place for a meal. Food was good, service was good, and the view and building were really fantastic.
The food is hit and miss. Very expensive and small portions. Liquor seems to be diluted. Manager made no effort to do anything. So many other great restaurants to choose from when spending $300. Can't give them a negative rating otherwise I would have.
What a wonderful time ❤️❤️Happy Anniversary to us a great server Josh! Spending time with mothers and family! Josh was sooo awesome and served us so well! The food was tasty and salads were fresh!!!!
I love this restaurant and it’s food is amazing. Yes I cannot deny that. BUT, lately their prices have gone up and up. Ok fine, it’s a nice restaurant and you will pay for it. My problem is this. If you are going to charge an arm and a leg at least do it without nickel and dimeing the daylights out of the meal. Charge $12 for chips and guacamole with salsa, fine charge $20 for all I care but for another tiny cup of salsa $2? Really? Sides come with the meal, good. Want a different side, up charge. $3 here $6 there. Double $6 on our last change. Just low class in my opinion. Charge enough up front that everything after is not an up charge. Taco Bell doesn’t even do that let alone a nice place like this. We didn’t have a meal between the four of us that didn’t have an up charge for something. It just gets tiresome. It’s not even bout the money really. If you can afford to go here and drop $150-$200 for a night out with friends it’s the $25 in upcharges isn’t the point it’s the “Really!!” Moment every time you want a minor change. Low class in my opinion.
My wife made reservations and told them it was a special occasion. The staff did nothing to make us feel welcome. We ordered the pork chop. It was way over cooked. Frankly you couldn't eat it. The food is also expensive. We told our waiter and he did nothing about it. The staff needs to see how Seasons 52 treat their guests.
Came in for a date night and we were not disappointed.Wait staff were very attentive with them stopping by fairly often, but not enough to be a distraction.Drinks were strong, but well mixed (the prickly pear and old fashioned were very good). The wait to get our food wasn't long either, especially on a busy weekend night. The food was exceptionally well cooked. We got both the salmon and halibut, both of which were amazing both in their cook and seasoning.Portions were also spot on for a meal, which seems to rarely happen.I would think the only downside is it is a bit pricey here, but definitely worth it for a night out.
