Shake Shack is always good. This location as a couple kiosks to order from which gets your order right everytime. I recently had a strawberry milkshake from here and it was delicious.
Love this place! Amazing food thats affordable and consistent. Jump on one of their kiosks for fast service. I'd recommend the Smokeshack double burger and an order of fries on the side..
Loved the cheese fries. No skimping on the cheese here! The burger had never crispy edges and even though it was slamming busy fast friendly service.
I'm in the service industry and the service I received at this location was below average. I ordered a office lunch for 9 employees on the shake shack app. When our delivery driver arrived the app said my order was cancelled so I called Uber as they were the delivery service being used for my order. Uber told me that the store would need to refund me as they did not provide a reason for cancellation. I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty on 1/8/22 and received no help. I was just told that my card would be refunded. I did not provide a name or order number, I'm very disappointment and have disputed the charges.
Although they made a mistake on our order, when we brought it to their attention they corrected it immediately and swiftly. Very friendly staff and food is tasty.
The food was great especially the fry's they were really crispy ... just how I like them. My review however is for the service I received from the manager, Nicole. After eating my meal in the food court I left to go home and left my shopping bag hanging from the chair. 30 mins later I realized I had left it and had to turn around in hopes to find the bag still there. I called the mall number and no one picked up so my hopes were beginning to wane. I then thought that maybe if I call Shake Shack maybe just maybe they could look for the bag for me. I called, pushed 2 for the manager and shockingly someone picked up on the second ring. I spoke with Nicole and explained what happened, she jumped into action before I could even ask for her help. I waited on hold hoping that she found the bag and few minutes later she came back on the line letting me know that she found the bag and she put it in her locked office until I could get back there. Outstanding service! Nicole didn't have to help me right away especially since she was very busy. By taking just a few minutes to help me she saved me from losing $200 worth of merchandise and I was so appreciative. Thank you Nicole for your exemplary service!
So I just tried to order their sugar plum shake that they are advising for only to be told that they don't offer it. They need to take down the big digital sign if it is wrong and stop teasing customers with products you either do not have or do not offer. Do not trust any of their posted menus because this shows that they lie to customers.
First time trying Shake Shack and was pretty disappointed. Meat was raw and fries were not fresh
First time eating @ Shake shack and this what I get warm fries pink meat burger and a watered down float for $15 NOOOOO WAYYYY THATS CRAZY NEVER AGAIN THIS LOCATION
I wasn't sure what I was in the mood for and then I began to order from the kiosk in the Park Meadows Mall and saw the photo of the delicious grilled cheese sandwich. It tasted as good as the photo looked, and I will return.
