We used to come 2-4 times a month with dine-in or carry-out orders. This review is about service/staff and not the food. Yeah, there’s some bored and lazy staff, some lack professionalism for their ages, work drive, and now I know some are disrespectful. You’ll get mediocre to bad service most of the time. It’s typically dead in here when we come in. I didn’t care, I like their pizza. But tonight crossed the line. I showed up to pickup a carry-out order, waited patiently for updates. Eventually after waiting for awhile, the front of house came back and I was given “We don’t have an order for that name”.. with an attitude.. then “I don’t know what to tell you” by her and another staff, he said “we can’t do anything about it” what?.. like they were expecting me to just walk out after I had paid. This was even after I showed the front of house girl my order on my phone. The manager eventually came over to save the situation, found our order and came back later to explain what happened. Apparently the cooks got confused by the pizza orders, marked it as complete and didn’t prepare it. So she just put it back in. 45 minutes later and are just now getting our pizzas The manager did apologize but it was flat. I didn’t do anything wrong and the staff were really unprofessional.. so I let them know what I thought. Not sure they care but maybe district will read this. Many staff don’t care here. Sorry for the ones that do. It’s dead inside. Avoid this location and just let it commit suicide.
I have to say , I was a little underwhelmed with my meal a few days ago . I bought the burger with the avocado and bacon on it. The beef tasted old to me. Not good. The fries were nice and hot, but the amount of salt used on the fries was disgusting. It tasted like they took them out of the fryer and tossed the in salt till they were fully covered. I had to send them back and request fries no salt. I cold still taste salt but much better than. The first fries. The burger I just returned it due to the old meat flavor. Ugh.. needless to say, , after this experience, I won't eat at Red Robin again.
For my first time visiting Red Robin, it was a decent experience! I ordered the Banzai burger and was pretty satisfied with the flavor and textures of the burger. I only wish they would've grilled the pineapple so it was softer and sweeter instead of using the canned pineapple rings straight.I also enjoyed the variety of sauces on the menu to choose from to eat with my sides!
Personally I like going to this Red Robin here and there. What I can say is I've never had an issue here with service. Even during busy times I seem to get quickly seated with my friends. The food is good and the prices aren't bad. Overall this is a good location to grab a quick bite with the homies.
Our waiter Nate was Amazing!! Unfortunately the food was awful! Red Robin many years ago was the...place for a great burger. Not anymore. What happened?! Our waiter made up for it. Nate gets ☆☆☆☆☆ Food gets ☆ star. Had to settle on a 2 ☆☆ rating. Park Meadows Mall location.
Excellent service. Servers were attentive without hovering. Asked to clear empty dishes before removing them and kept our water and ice-t filled without being intrusive to our conversation. Would definitely recommend the Park Meadows location above all others in the Greater Denver Area.
I’ve been a fan of Red Robin in Littleton and Lakewood for years and I never write these reviews. But the park meadows location me and my daughters dined at tonight was the absolute worst. Sat for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Forgot things on the order. The one things that was good that after the food was ordered it came out timely. But our server was absolutely terrible and another group actually walked out because the same thing happened with them. As someone who works for tips also very disappointed in the way our server carried herself tonight.
Food was good, our server was very generous, but $1.99 entertainment fee for accidentally turning on a game on their kiosk?!There’s no warning or disclaimer what so ever when you operate the kiosk so I find it very unjust.Be careful when you use their kiosk and keep it away from your kids..
Today, we had lunch with the kids and baby at the Red Robin in Park Meadows for our late Christmas gathering because of Covid. My wife and I ordered the Cluck and Fries. The chicken tenders were dried,over cooked and had more batter than chicken itself, the fries were soggy and cold. Matter of fact,all the fries were soggy and cold for the kids order too. Very disappointed. To top things off, my wife's chocolate shake and my vanilla shake was pure sugar. Bad day for the cooks I suppose. It will be another couple years before we go again.
Came here with my son tonight to grab dinner before our movie. The staff was friendly and super fast with our food. Really happy about everything. Thanks much!
