We arrived on Friday nite( last nite) at 6:20. We were told by the girl behind the counter that she could not help us for about 10 minutes. We said ok, she then told us that they closed at 6:30, and that we would not be able to eat our food in the restaurant. So we left. This girl was lying, as I see you are open until 7:30. She was rude and unhelpful. We left saying, closed at 6:30 on a Friday night? I feel like the owner should know that the employees are discouraging customers from eating there. Really bad business, those girls should be fired.
Found two big bones in my pork bowl. When I called to inform them I was told they don’t have time to check the meat and there was nothing they could do.
This was my first visit to Qdoba post- pandemic and it was more than disappointing. They changed the menu, some things could only be ordered online (but picked up at that location so it's the same people making the food), and portions were small, food was over done. Overall, not worth the time or money.

Ordered through the app and went to pick up, the whole building was locked and closed. I thought maybe they were just doing pickup only so I called twice and there was no one there. If you’re going to close early just turn off your online ordering at least.
My boyfriend and I made an online order for pick up at 3:30 yesterday. When we got there the doors were locked and nobody was there. We have been trying to call anyone we can to get our refund but can’t get ahold of anyone. It’s extremely frustrating. You guys couldn’t at least turn your online orders off? Or are you guys just trying to scam people lol. To anyone that reads the reviews I do NOT recommend this QDOBA. I need my refund!
The staff weren’t very friendly and they didn’t wash their hands after eating. The lobby area is very dirty! Not clean at all. The only one that was really working was the manager on the night shift. Good job to her! The employees need to follow by example and need more authority.
We got excited when Qdoba started doing breakfast at more locations near us. However, the excitement was turned to disappointment after 2 failed attempts now at this location.A few weeks ago, we arrived to pick up the order, only to be told that there was no bacon. 3/4 of our order contained bacon (you know, that breakfast staple). Whatever, we make due, it wasn't terrible.Fast forward to today. While we DID get bacon, my burrito was not a burrito. I received what I can only describe as a burrito soup in a tortilla cup. Apparently, despite ordering the potatoes, I was given MAYBE half the eggs needed and no potatoes to go along with the queso, salsa, and sour cream. If you've ever wondered what a lukewarm chorizo "shake" would be like, look no further. Make sure to ask for a straw though!We won't be coming back here for breakfast again, so back to Illegal Pete's we go!
Best qdoba in Denver!!! I work across the street at red wing shoes and go here for lunch a lot. Claudia the manager is awesome! All the staff is nice, food is great, rewards program is good! 5 stars 10/10!!!!!!!
Was really excited to see they'd be serving breakfast since it's on my way to work and maybe 3 out of the 15 times I've been by in the morning they've actually had the lights on and doors unlocked. One time lights were on but doors were locked and one of the employees was sitting at a table looking at her phone. Really don't understand how this continues to happen.
