Sarcastic and rude person behind the cashier counter. I accepted my fate of getting charged on my card twice instead of arguing with him.
Ordered the Avo-Turkey and got literally one slice of turkey breast. Weakest sub I’ve ever had. Dude at the counter wasn’t very friendly so I didn’t say anything. I will not return, absolute rip off. A “Turkey” sandwhich should have more than one slice. Thx for the bread and lettuce sandwich.
Great food and nice staff.But don't stand under the vents might shed the equivalent of a large dog. Don't look up...
Best sandwiches by far u have ever had in my life the staff were great. Will always recommend.
They toast everything and that made the bread a little hard which I didn't really prefer but otherwise it was tasty.
Cross contamination: roast beef in veggie option, very obvious they don't practice good cleaning between cuts..also multiple stands of hair in food
This afternoon my coworkers and I placed a group order from potbelly. Upon arrival, every sandwich was missing its toppings and we were missing sides of Mac and cheese as well. After giving the shop a call, they did absolutely nothing to take care of the issue. The boy who answered the phone is pretty much the whole reason we are even choosing to write a bad review about this because his attitude was so disgusting. He blamed everyone but potbelly for our whole teams order being messed up/forgotten. Would definitely avoid this place.
First time… great; 2nd time okay; 3rd time horrible. You can tell the people who prepare them don’t care.
First of all, potbelly sandwiches are a favorite sandwich!!Second, shout of thanks for the last minute service before closing! What an awesome team!
Love this place! Preston is awesome and I'm sorry about my call for a missing sandwich (user error) I was food deprived and missed it!
