Awful experience. Food was not awful, but the traps made for a very disappointing time all around.Got very hungry so opted to order a pizza. Web interface was tricky and deceiving to make it appear as delivery. Even issued a $10 tip to start and would have much more had it actually been a delivery. I discovered this shortly after the order and called.Was told that no refund was possible so I told the employee ok I'll head up there, but it will take some time. She very rudely and assertively told me that she was going to cancel my order not make it until I called her on my way. Ok. Realized I called the wrong location. So she canceled someone else's order.So far I'm about 20 minutes in and head out to the right location to pick up my pizzas.Employee came out from the back after about 10 minutes I gave them my name for the order. Saw (2) frozen pizzas and a halfway decent salad tossed on the counter for my $50+ purchase.You can fetch your Pepsi yourself. And the fridge it's inside is not plugged in, it's just there for show.I'm not boycotting this place out of anger, but definitely don't ever plan on spending another dollar with them.
I absolutely love P Murphs. Order from this location and never had a problem. Tonight was the first time (pizzas were missing an ingredient) but they remade them in less than five minutes and offered a free side for the inconvenience. Great crew here, keep up the good work!
what sweet employees. I went in during the dinner rush and they were absolutely slammed and I just noticed how friendly and quick they were and on top of that the pizzas were well made

First they added bacon to my pizza when I ordered online for them to remove so then they remade it I said I didn't see blk olives on it, which I added when I ordered as well so I asked and they said they were on the inside..where?

Terrible, they blame problems on their computer. Placed the blame on the customer and said, "when you order online, you need to confirm by phone" Take care of the customer first! Do not blame your computer, do not blame the customer, say your sorry, stop looking for an extra tip. I did not ask for the excuses I just want my order. It is more alarming that the owner of this location is a super secret and cannot be bothered. I am so sorry that customers and the job is a burden for you.
$10 Tuesdays is the best. Any large is just$10. Get a stuffer pizza!
In some cases papa murphys is allu more expensive OK but the flavour the peace of the taste fresh dough and bake in your oven so much better there's there's delivery now but it just so much better and that they have the do special things for you it's worth it there's 1000 many more is called the vegetarian delight 9 not a vegetarian but the garlic cream sauce on this in the items and the 3rd crossed is incredible you've got to try it
Always love the pizza but tonight was a different story. We ordered a half and half stuffed pizza and low and behold...the insides were opposite the toppings instead of being all the same pizza. Super discouraging seeing as though I ordered a split pizza because I didn't want the other pizza and still had to end up eating it. Actually only ate one slice and tossed the rest it was so disappointing. I checked the order and really don't understand how this could have happened. Call in your order and be specific when you order.
