Food was okay but customer service was terrible. My mac and cheese had ice cold chunks in it .... still frozen. When I took it up to them to ask for help she cut me off and said "gotcha you can help yourself over to the microwave over there and take care of that yourself." If I'm paying $50 to feed 2 adults and a child I expect to have hot food and if it's not up to par at the least I expect to be offered help not be treated rude by employees.
Great location. Friendly staff. Love Panera Bread.
The spinach artichoke soufflé is the best thing I have tasted in a long time. Amazing job Panera ????
Standard Panera fare. Good but not great breakfast sandwich. A nice location to have a business meeting near Park Meadows.
All I ask of Panera is a self serve kiosk for ordering and unsweetened tea that tastes good. This one met both marks, plus it has plain carbonated water at the soda center so I can make sparkling tea. Also, the layout for the dining area is unlike any other I've been in. Lots of room to spread out.
I had stopped going to Panera awhile back due to the treatment of the employees at the hampden location. Today I was in the mood for a good soup and so glad I ordered. I got the broccoli and cheddar soup and my husband got the chicken noodle. Very good soup and I so like the bread. Was super excited to fund the kitchen sink cookie. It was always sold out at the other location. Food was very delicious!!! The young girl at the counter was very friendly helping me find my pick up order. We will be back for sure.
We went for breakfast. Ordered the sausage, egg, cheese sandwich on brioche bun. And the egg, chicken, avacado wrap, with granola/ yogurt. Added coffee, $27 total. Good food, a little pricey, small serving sizes. Service was good, quick. I’d give it a C+ rating
We eat here twice a month and it's consistently good. I've tried many of the sandwiches including the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, the Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT, Toasted Steak and White Cheddar, and plain old Turkey and Swiss. The steak is always tender and full of flavor!Ingredients are always fresh, the bread is really good (The sourdough has that nice crunchy crust) and portions are decent. My guest does the mac and cheese and a baguette, which she loves every time. Baked goods are also good. It's not cheap compared to some fast food places, but worth it for the better quality.Service is fast, even with a line. Only drawback with this location is it's in Douglas County so no mask mandate.
Truly went above and beyond to fix a mistake WE made! The food was the same good food you'd expect. Just right for a cold, snowy evening. Thanks again for such GREAT service!!!!
I stopped and picked up dinner here around 6:00 pm on 1/12/22. They were pretty busy. It was so nice to see how well the staff was working together. While I was waiting, a man came in with his wife and child. I think they were there to eat, but I realized that he must be a manager there. He put an apron on and began helping the employees knock out the line. He was very upbeat and polite and the employees seemed to be motivated by him. Great teamwork, everybody!!! My meal was delicious as always! But it was refreshing to see people working together like that in this day!
