It was Fatherâs Day and we had a reservation. We waited over 20 minutes for a table, and then another 30 minutes before our waitress came to visit us. One entree came out incorrectly, so everyone was almost finished by the time the entree arrived. All in all we were there for almost 3 hours. Not a great experience.

Prices have gotten so high there as the portions have shrunk. Used to be our favorite family place but I feel like we are getting priced out.
The restaurant currently has construction going on. We were seated by a window outside of which was a large pile of dirt, very scenic! That is something that allowances could be made for. What was less easily understood and impossible to remedy was the lack of accessible window coverings to block the setting sun from shining into the eyes of diners.

Food is always dependably good. Love the atmosphere. Service was attentive but not annoying.
Special time with a dear friend was shared at PF Chang's. This is a go to place for family celebrations and a Friday night dates.
Cole was great! So knowledgeable and patient with us! We needed drinks with a lower sugar content and he offered help and just let us relax and catch up without feeling rushed. P.F. Chang’s is lucky to have him!
Wow what a disappointment. this place really went downhill over the years this is probably our last time dinning here. I added pictures. fried rice it’s not really fried rice some kind of an attempt at fried rice undercooked! shrimp way too salty! chicken I don’t even know how to explain that very mushy! just overall experience is a huge disappointment. Manager did take care of the bill! but still does not excuse.
Our server Lauren was amazing. She described foods in such a way that they were tantalizing and mouth watering! If we return it will definitely be to sit in Lauren section
Good service and food but your establishment is falling apart. Chairs, booths and seats are worn, sinking and tattered, sticky floors from the front door to the patio. Tables balanced with sugar packets. Indoor tables and chairs are what’s on the patio. PF Chang’s! Invest in your business!
