CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!Our Virtuo (De Longhi) machine from 2021 started having many problems and required multiple attempts to brew a single pod. We took it to the store hoping for some guidance, and they went above and beyond. We got a very generous credit for a new machine (basically a complimentary replacement machine and upgrade) plus a whole sample box of pods.Additionally, the quality of Nespresso coffee is top notch, and the generic/knockoffs don't compare.#BrandLoyalty
The folks that work in this store are passionate and knowledgeable about their coffee and products. And their customer service is absolutely first rate. Love this store!!!!
I wish there were a more convenient location - but the service here is absolutely on-point. They run a smart, efficient operation here. The staff is happy to discuss whatever you'd like and answer all your questions, but they're also smart enough to appreciate when you need to make a purchase and be on your way. Well done, Nespresso - your store is as impressive as the product.
The staff here takes time to answer all our questions. I always feel well taken care of every time I walk out the door. There’s something to be said for that - especially as most visits begin by standing in a line.I also love that they recycle the pods, and the quality of the coffee. We have both of the machines (Gran Latissima & Vertuo Next) - one for upstairs and one for our wet bar. They’re just fabulous.
This shopping experience was like no other (in the best way possible!). We bought our first machine, capsules, and accessories and Debbie was a HUGE help! She provided us with top notch service and really went out of her way to check store inventory, mail us items that were not in store and even pulled the last of a display product for us to buy. She answered all of our questions and we didn't feel rushed at all. So far our Vertuo Next has been amazing!
So this store might be nice, and I did love the coffee. What I can’t stand is the online website and their customer service. I have never dealt with so much incompetence in my entire life. The machines have a shelf life of one year, and seem to be poorly manufactured.I’ve had a Keurig machine three times as long that still works like new. And because of how complicated it is to purchase the coffee, I do buy more Keurig pods than I’ve purchased from Nespresso.If they had another store down north, it may very well be worth the annoyance and expense of the Nespresso brand.I have ordered pods from Amazon, but they have limited flavors available.Nonetheless, if you’re looking for niche coffee you don’t plan on using daily, this brand might be for you.
Great customer service. Lines can be long getting into the store. Try to go at open or near close of business.
Last night, I went into Nespresso with my dad and two small kids. Jeffery took real good care of us his customer service is impeccable! He was very professional, funny and charismatic! Fortunately, we was intelligent and laid back enough to understand my father's sense of humor which not everyone does and was a champ in handling us!! I am writing this review SPECIFICALLY for Jeffery who is FANTASTIC (I hope he sees it) but the coffee is AWESOME too!! :)
I love the employees at this store - so enthusiastic and helpful! I’m a time where great customer service is so hard to find these guys knock it out of the park on every visit!
