Do not go to this location they serve old food and just reheat it in the microwave and no matter how busy it is even if they have you pull to the side you’re more than likely guarantee to still have cold food and you’re lucky if you get the right order. Are usually never complain but the incompetence is getting out of hand and something needs to be done

Apparently these people don’t know how to read or count. Something is always wrong with my orders. They either don’t give me all the items or don’t put the right stuff on them. I dont know why they think they should get paid more than $7 an hour when they can’t even do basic things

When I pulled up to the speaker and they asked me what I wanted I simply asked do you guys have the Mc griddle triple stack here. She asked me me what was that? I said its the McGriddle That has bacon and an extra sausage. Then she said yes we have that. So I said OK I will take that and a large coffee and thats it. So I drove around to pay show my order and I noticed she overcharged me after I gave her my McDonalds app code. She then told me I had to pay extra because they added to meat, I then said oh you guys dont have the triple stack here? she said no. So I said OK Ill get something else, Ill get a sausage Mc griddle with egg and no cheese. She then said its OK dont worry about it Ill remove the added charge I said OK thank you. And then when I pulled up to the next window, this lady handed me my sandwich and my coffee and started yelling at me very rudely and disrespectfully telling Me that she did my order and she told me that she didnt have the triple stack and next time I need to tell her before I do my order that I have a code so she can tell me they dont have that here. I then asked for a manager she said I am the manager and I said was there someone else I can speak to because youre being very rude. She didnt said no you cant speak to anyone else. I asked her for her name she said its on the receipt. Then she shut the window on me and left. So I waited at the window to speak to her again and she started yelling at me some more and being very demeaning and disrespectful. I asked for her name again and after several times of asking she said Nadie which is either short for Nadia or in Spanish means nobody. I I then asked for a card and she said we dont have cards. Ive been asked if I could see her name tag she said she didnt have one. And then asked if she could write her name down for me and she said no. Then I asked for her last name she did not wanna give it to me so I asked for her last initial and she said what do you want my address to. I have never been so disrespected at a restaurant in my life. I will never go to another McDonalds again. If Im going to get my money whether its a dollar I dont wanna be disrespected or belittled.

Slapped burgers together with no care, and maybe even with some anger. fries stale, given the wrong drinks. What a mess, does this location only have one worker?

Always get the order right. Sometimes the burger buns are stale. And probably to slowest drive through I've been to

Currently sitting in the drive thru after being skipped 5 times. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location in the last few months. I know this is McDonald’s, but we can do better

This place. What can I say? I come here for convenience and possibly nostalgia. The good is rarely good. It is however cheap and fast

This place is god awful. They’re ridiculously slow. Actively ignore anyone in line waiting to place an order, and they ALWAYS get the order wrong. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here. Go to Arby’s or Chik fil a instead where the service doesn’t suck.

The past several weeks I’ve came here it’s been horrible costumer service. I usually never even write reviews. But never a sorry when I have had to wait for them double charging me and waiting for a refund. I asked for a water while waiting and my son was in my back seat and I couldn’t go inside. They bluntly said no I have to go in although I was unable rush and he’s little. Or today when they forgot to give me the coffee I wanted to enjoy with my meal , they never said sorry when I called gave me attitude and hung up without saying goodbye or a sorry. Like I said I usually don’t have time to do reviews but I have worked in costumer service for 10 + and I just feel like it’s fair to say I know how costumers should be treated. The lady was giving me attitude when I simply asked for a refund and I said I would go back to store later today. Instead of even offering me a refund for my whole order because I need to drive back there they hang up without a sorry or a goodbye. Plus I wanted to enjoy the coffee with the meal. Like I said I have worked specifically in food industry and I would never act this way. I think it’s rude and from previous instances I never complained but when is enough enough? The quality of the food isn’t the issue but the costumer service is. Which is the most important part I feel in any industry. Please do better. I wasn’t even rude at all. I gave my respect. I get if I was out of line but I never was. A simple sorry and a kind way of talking and not just hanging up the phone would have made a huge difference. Thank you

Awesome crew on Sunday morning. The level of orders cranked out vs. picked up timely should never reflect on the restaurant. These nice people are delivering fresh food with hustle and a smile. No yelling in kitchen or from order preppers, smooth jolly vibe. Good on them. Thanks, enjoyed my coffee McSausage.
