Don’t get me wrong I love there food but a couple of days ago they got my order wrong, I called and asked if there was anything I could do. after a bit we got the correct food and we were off. I show up today greeted by the woman I was in the phone with. as I’m getting my food the woman insulted my mother and father who were in the background of the call. Reminder I’m with my brother during this interaction. I don’t think we will be returning soon.
The service was really great here, and I really enjoyed the salad I got! However, for two salads and drinks, it was around $30 and I feel like that's a bit much. Good food, though.
I placed an online order for this restaurant that was supposed to be ready at 12:53 and it was finished at 1:25. That’s not why I was complaining but that’s another reason to avoid this place, but in the extra 28 minutes it took them to make 2 salads and some hummus and pita, they forgot to put chicken on one of the salads. Completely disappointed with this place
After giving Mad Greens plenty of chances to win me over, I feel righteous in leaving this review. They have failed me every single time. Three times I used the order ahead feature and showed up after the pick up time listed on the app, only to have to stand around and wait for the food to get prepared. On one occasion, they hadn't even started my order yet, so I stood there an watched as 15 or so people in line got through before I did. I might as well have just gone in and waited in line. Seriously, it took over half an hour while I stood there. No apology, no offer for a free drink while I waited, nothing. The final straw was last night when we ordered ahead again. This time the food was ready as the place was dead. I snagged the bag and took it home, only to find my bowl was missing both the dressing and seasoning. This isn't even an issue of being short staffed or anything that's going on in the world right now. They had no customers in the store and still managed to screw it up. I could go on about the other problems, but you get the idea. I'm done with this place forever.
Ordered in from here once for lunch, even paid extra for double chicken and I kid you not there’s barely 5 pieces of chicken. First and last time I order from here.

This place is salad paradise, the ingredients quality and flavors are excellent.
This place used to be great, now it's barely worth it. The price is high, service is so slow, as they don't have enough staff. Sometimes the food is missing ingredients or the ingredients are just not fresh. They have a great menu but this location is just getting worse.
Forgot our dessert and dressings on pickup order. Also tried the Buddha bowl, which has very little flavor. Will not be back.
I enjoy salads that have flavor in every bite. That is certainly true at Mad Greens. I have had several of the salads there and each has been very good. Yes, the salads are somewhat expensive, but they are fresh and have delicious ingredients/dressings. We also enjoy the three hummus platter as well.
