This jersey mikes has consistently been dirty every time I come by. Napkins and dropped toppings all over the floor that they try to kit to the sides. Trash can next to the patio full to the brim with trash falling out. My husband even told them the floors were really dirty but they don’t change nor care. Sucks this is the closest one to my house.
At 11:30 I Put in an order with a pick up time of 11:51 and got to the store on time. At around 12:30 I went to the counter to ask about it because no one had acknowledged me yet and the lady told me that It was already picked up. I told her that I ordered an hour ago and she said it hadn’t been that long and my options were refund or food. 20 minutes later our food was ready and I went up and was going to ask for a refund instead of taking the food an hour after my pickup time and the lady said “you asked for me to make it so you can’t get a refund” and walked away. Got home and One sandwich was on the wrong bread and the other was falling apart In the wrapper and the napkins were crumbled into a ball in the bag. I waited in store an hour after my pick up time only to get rude and horrible service and a poorly and incorrectly made order
Waited over 20 mins after my order was supposed to be ready, total 45 mins. Highly unorganized / no coordinating with each other at all.
Will never EVER eat here! Was going to get a sandwich since my coworkers were talking about how good this place was. Parked outside and saw a worker walk out the back or side door coughing with the mask on his chin and CONSTANTLY picking his nose and blowing snout out of his nostrils with his fingers. This man wore glasses and was about 5'8" and he will be embedded in my mind.Don't know about anyone else, but I don't want someone like that making my food *shrugs*
This place was filthy when I visited. Service line and lobby floors were covered in food and sauce. Gross! Food had fallen everywhere during sandwich prep and had been trampled by the staff. Appeared that no cleaning and sanitizing was taking place.
Wayover priced. Mediocre sandwich for $18
Got GREAT sandwiches. No bad choices.
Absolutely outstanding ordered the giant Philly and it was incredible much better than the firehouse subs here in lone tree
